I honestly had to copy, paste and email SC law to Tyler for him to look it up in his book that the felony he was trying to push me to plead to was in fact a minor misdemeanor offense punishable by $500 or a year! Why the hell was I dumb enough to give this man $5,000 ' he offered to give back the money to go with another lawyer, I got a real lawyer that's looks talks, dresses and acts like a lawyer something Trent couldn't do! Let's see if we get our money back since all he did on my behalf was make a few phone calls since December! This practice should be closed down! Don't call Trent unless you want to get Bent! I now get his slogan and why you can always find him at the strip club spending your hard earned money!!!! We weren't exactly sure where to go or what to do. Fortunately, my connections lead us to the office of Kenneth E Berger. Kenny and his team, (particularly Karissa, Symone, and Brad), put a lot of time and effort into asking us questions and researching whether or not our case was worth pursuing. The case was without precedent and difficult to put together, but Kenny and crew came to the conclusion that the conditions that led to what happened to my mother should be addressed. Though it took almost 3 years of hard work and patience to get sorted out, we were finally able to settle. We also had a unique situation where one of the kids was applying for a job that required a clean record. We could not pay the ticket, as that would imply an admission of guilt. I spoke with a couple different attorneys that were recommended to me. They just didn't understand what I was looking for. I found Atty William Monckton thru a Google search.
