We popped in looking for some furniture in the form of a dining table set and we ended up leaving with a candle, some outdoor lights and a cooler...none of which we were after or truly in need of. Back to the table...they had a table we loved, but they had it due to some damage on it and unfortunately the scratch was a little too deep to fix so we sadly passed. Most of the items are new in package, but they do sell second life items that feature some variety of damage. Nothing glaring, but enough to be noticeable on most of these items. Overall, The Yard Sale Store was a cool spot to spend some time on a weekend afternoon. While we do not find ourselves in Mt. Juliet too often, when we do...this place with be on the radar!

Overstock Outlets are essentially liquidation/discount style stores with an ever-changing inventory that includes anything from furniture to diapers, trampolines, toys, coolers, and legit more. They had a good selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, along with a wide variety of household appliances, home decor, cabinets, storage bins, dining sets, mattresses, mowers, power tools and a mix of a few other random items. The store is in an old plaza and shows its age. The exterior isn't the most welcoming, but I will say that our experience inside was not what was expected from the outside. It was a bit better than expected. Service was friendly. The cashier/associate was helpful and available as needed. We laid eyes on a few things, and ultimately bought a smokeless wood fire pit that was around $100 after discount...which is a great price! Overall, this was our first time at this Overstock Outlet and while it may not be our last, we do enjoy their sister locations a bit better.

We did not purchase the extended warranty, as I take care of my things and do not expect the actual frame of a bed to crack within a year. The frame structure of our bed is clearly defective, yet the manager of this store absolutely refused to help us in any way, simply because we were a few months past our warranty date. Completely pathetic! This will be our last time buying from this company.

Trusting that promise, I sold my old couch on the7th. OBVIOUSLY right?!? Later, I was told that pickups only occur from Thursday to Saturday. When I went to pick up the couch today, I was informed that it wasn't even there and won't be ready until the 23rd! I have screenshots proving the April 7th pickup date. This is absolutely unacceptable--especially since I had guests coming over for a gathering, and now I'm left with NO COUCH in my living room.
