I was able to find a photo we snapped when we discovered it. I wish we had taken more and recorded video as we pulled out the rugs. Underneath these newer rugs were dirty rugs. When I went to see if I could get my deposit back, Wendy came down with the contract pointing out what the contract said. She was matter of fact and was very dismissive. I know that I should have read the lay away contract more closely and I have no other recourse. EXCEPT TO SAY I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Wendy has bad customer service.

Now the bad. The store advertises that they have many name brand appliances. I only saw a minor selection of two or three brands. The store also has some home electronics like TVs..and well...that's just about it. They have a handful of decent TVs for sale and a spattering of other home entertainment appliances. I think this store would do much better if it cut out the TV "section" and either greatly expanded or did away with the appliances and concentrate on the furniture end of their business.

We paid $100 for the delivery, just got the bill for our $3800 bed, and now I have to find someone to fix my siding if I ever want to sell my house. There was no reason for me to provide them with all that personal information just to browse their inventory and ask questions. They delivered it free of charge 20 minutes after I bought it and I slept on it that same night. I don't recommend going into mattress firm for any reason, unless you want to give them your personal information and to pay an extra $100 for a delivery fee.
