He was friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Since it was Labor Day weekend, there were a few deals available. Wilbert even informed us that they offer free delivery. The free delivery was a game changer for us. We were able to get a new mattress at a discounted price and two pillows for the price of one. Our mattress was delivered later that same day, and we've enjoyed it so far. We even referred our parents, and they were able to get a new mattress the next day as well. Overall, Mattress Outlet was top tier, and if you're in need of a new mattress, be sure to check them out.

Another place that I've driven by soooo many times and after spending entirely too much time…read moreexploring mattress options, my husband and I ask ourselves "why have we never checked this place out?". We stopped by yesterday late afternoon and and walked into a huge warehouse just full of...you guessed it...mattresses. We were immediately greeted by Josh and I appreciated that he acknowledged our presence and that he would be with us shortly to assist. After he wrapped with the customer he was assisting, he introduced himself and shared a bit about the outlet and what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was king enough to turn on a kids movie for our tiny people while we looked around. We were able to narrow down the mattress that we wanted and discussed pricing, the delivery and payment options. We were amazed at the price he quoted and we quickly realized we probably would not find a better price elsewhere. Especially after seeing the mattress we selected being double the price at other places. Needless to say, we bought the mattress and as a "thank you" we were given two succulents plants which were super cute. The only reason dropped a star was due to the delivery. My husband received a call the next day to schedule a time for that day and while a time was selected, no one showed and he ended up having to call only to be told something came up and they would be there later. That changed our plans up a bit and once the delivery finally took place, they did take our old mattress so that it could be recycled (he explained that process while we were in store and I had no idea that could be done). Anyway, this was an overall great experience and we definitely saved a good bit of money coming here. Happy to report that this was the perfect mattress for us and we are pleased with the purchase and service.

We had such a great experience at Natural Sleep Mattress…read more We try our best to live a healthy lifestyle, as I am sure many families do. A good friend brought to our attention several of the harmful substances that we are exposed to with traditional mattresses. So when it was time for us to choose a new mattress we made a beeline to Natural Sleep Mattress. The staff is well versed in their products and provide useful information. You never feel pressured to buy and they certainly don't upsell. They have mattresses here for every budget. A natural mattress may cost you a bit more, but it's a worthwhile investment. We ended up purchasing three mattresses on our visit, including two for our children. As a testament to how great their products are, our kids actually prefer sleeping in their own beds because their mattresses are so comfortable! Our salesperson Evelyne was awesome! Thank you so much for such a fantastic experience. We have already sent our friends and family!

We recently bought a bed made with natural materials from Natural Sleep Mattress and Organic…read morebedding. It was an amazing king sized Organicpedic brand bed. The purchase was facilitated by a sales person who patiently went through each of the brands of bed in the showroom and helped us to make the best choice for our needs. My husband found the new bed to be perfect for him. I found some comfort issues, not surprising with my arthritic problems. How many bed companies respond to your complaints about comfort? Natural Sleep Mattress was quick to respond to my complaints and swapped one of the layers in the bed and reorganized the layers to creat a perfect bed for both my husband and I. An A+ for excellent customer service. Sleeping on a bed made with natural materials, rather than one radiating chemicals is a wise choice. Dealing with a company that makes sure your choice lives up to expectations is a good reason to choose this company.

Save Big Mattress is the best place to buy a mattress in the NE Atlanta Metro area. The owner is…read morevery friendly and knowledgeable. He's not pushy one bit. Sure, the place is unassuming and is dated on the outside, but it's a honey hole on the inside. There is a large selection of queen and king mattresses. I was looking for a full-size mattress so that limited our options here. Regardless, they had what I needed. They sell a private label that exceeds the quality you will find online or at a traditional mattress store. I did a ton of research online and visited multiple locations in-person. The quality and value cannot be beaten here. Again, if you are looking for a mattress, please don't waste your time shopping at Costco, The Original Mattress Factory, Mattress Firm, etc. as I did. Go here. There are tons to choose from in king and queen sizes and just what you need in full or twin sizes.
