Then when we had to return it they used supper high intensity flashlights looking for any mark. They took a picture of a small piece of thread and said they could not take the mattress back. I pocket up the tiny piece of thread and they would not take a picture. Crazyiest thing I ever saw. Never buy from them unless you want bad service and no help, don't ever expect them to cover a warranty! They claimed the threat was a stain even though the only people that had ever touched the mattress was them with the exception of my wife and I putting the mattress pad on it the day it showed up and the time we washed sheets. Only had it 40 days Don't loose your money! This applied to the San Marcus, Seguin locations. Same managers and staff!

They held it for free and delivered it to us in town for free when we were ready. They even saw all of our empty moving boxes and offered to take them and recycle them for us- amazing! Awesome and quick customer service in the store and with the delivery drivers. We stopped in today for a Murphy bed mattress, since they are not that common. Luckily they had two different thicknesses to choose from. Since it's a bed in a box, it's an easy and free delivery for them (in town), and they are always so friendly. If you need a mattress, they have everything!
