Response to my first post prompted a response from several at Denver Mattress. The District Manager was very professional and eager to make our experience pleasant. We went to the store and was greeted very warmly by Diana. She had no idea we had posted a negative review. Diana, with a smile and laugh, helped us. It was then we told her who we were. Nothing changed. Within minutes we were working on finalizing our new purchase. Since she did not know us previously I know their practice is to be friendly and helpful. Lost a star in the review because on their phone messages the time was listed as 10 am to 12 pm MOUNTAIN standard time (11 am to 1 pm central time) and the guys showed up at 10:30 am central. We were told that they would get the part and return it to install on Monday, June 12th. My wife took off work on Monday, June 12th to meet the technician at the house. She called that morning to ask the approximate time of delivery. The warehouse manager said he did not know what we were talking about and didn't have the part. He was then very condescending and acted like it wasn't his problem --no apology whatsoever. Awful customer service, especially since they had almost a week to get together what they needed.
