Don't buy from them! A huge bait and switch transaction happened to us here. We bought this power reclining loveseat on sale over Memorial day weekend to replace the manual one in our RV. When we got it home my husband realized he was given a manual one instead. When he returned it the store manager would not honor the Memorial day sale and wanted to charge us 400.00 more for the loveseat we originally purchased on sale. No thank you. I stopped by this store and spoke with Dustin, I actually found a Love seat Manufactured by Hughes, Society style in Sky Blue color. I made them an offer of $450.00, they came back with a counter offer of $550.00 I countered again with an offer of $500.00, but Dustin said no that that was their absolute bottom line. So I said I would still shop. I found a couple comparable loveseats to it for $200.00 less but didn't like the color. A couple of weeks later I decided to go back and see if they would take the $500.00 I offered a couple of weeks ago. This time I spoke with Ashley, she went to the owner and he came out, I explained the scenario to him again and he said not only would he not go down the other $50.00, but he wouldn't even honor the original price I was quoted! As a very successful business owner myself, I was absolutely amazed that an owner would make that statement. If anyone of my staff gave a quote, I would without question honor that quote! That is only common sense good business! Who in their right mind would ever do business with a company that has no honor! We purchased a sofa and loveseat from FurnitureNOW, CatNapper brand and was told the fabric was very durable. Just over 4 years later, it is disintegrating. The material is simply coming off the fabric backing. Not trusting the salespeople, we purchased an additional product warranty that "covers everything" for an additional fee. Guess what? Not true, it covers some things, but not manufacturers defects, and I consider delaminating material to be a manufacturers defect. We contacted Jackson Furniture in TN, (makers of CatNapper furniture) and eventually the best offer they have made was we pay them $50 and they will ship us replacement fabric. We have to find a furniture pro to have it replaced, at our expense. So, like most sales staff, don't believe what they say. They will say just about anything to get a sale. Is the extended warranty worth anything? It turns out that warranty was sold to some other company and their first response is "Not covered." and eventually came back with check the middle of page 3 of the contract... Not our problem. A total waste of money. Another thing... FurnitureNow? It took them 8 weeks to supply the CatNapper furniture, after we paid for it in full... Not exactly NOW. Before you say that we damaged it or caused the problem, We only used the loveseat, and mostly, the sofa was not used at all. It is disintegrating just like the loveseat. Even places with no "wear" the fake leather is coming off the backing material. Let the Buyer Beware. Read the fine print before you buy anything! read more

We said we would think about our purchase and he said we can call him and make the purchase over the phone. My wife called back and made the purchase a few hours later. We could not accept the delivery right away so Jared told us it would not be an issue for them to hold it. Well the sales person was persistent and we caved in and purchased a sectional and kitchen table. My husband and I have bought here before and was very pleased. So last year we went a bought a new modern kitchen set. One of the chair screw came undone and my husband was afraid to fix it. Took it back and while there I looked at some mattress. we had a salesperson Tiffany help us. She was so nice and not all pushy that we ended up buying two queen mattress sets. they were delivered in one week and to our surprise a brand new dinning room chair. The delivery men Eddie and Germaine could not have been any nicer very considerate and did their job removing our two old sets very professional and quick. Haven't even had my delivery yet and am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this so called "family run company". They completely screwed over me and my family. When I walked in to the store I was approached by a seller. I let the seller know what I was looking for and my concerns and I was led over to a set of furniture that I liked a lot. Because my original seller was new another seller came over, I am assuming, to check up. She was the typical used car seller that we all hear about. I had recieved all of the information regarding the furniture and warranty and I let both of them know that I would like to take the paperwork home and read over it before purchasing anything because I wanted to make sure I was making a good decision and it was a lot of money. My original seller was ok with this, the second one was not. I was asked if I wanted to put any money down because "this set is our best seller" and she asked "What can I do to have you buy this furniture now." I returned the following day ready to make my purchase feeling reasonably well. I was told by the pushy seller that I needed to sign the paperwork fast because she had been talking about the furniture to someone else and she was due back at any minute to buy the very items I was. I also inquired about the status of the items in their inventory and was told that both of my items were in the warehouse. Delivery was scheduled for Sunday. Sunday arrives and the movers tell me that one of my items was back ordered. This was never mentioned when I was in the store on Friday. I sent an email Inquiring as to the status of the order and waited for half of the day Monday before calling because they never called me and the email was not returned. I was told that we had discussed that one item was on back order which never happened. I was then led into some made-up story about how I had received someone else's couch because one of the other sales reps had forgot to tag it in the warehouse. That doesn't make any sense because if that were the case when she checked the status of the furniture in the warehouse on Friday she would have seen the second item had already been "tagged." Long story short, I was either lied to or led to believe certain untruths so they could make a sale. The sad part is, I was going to buy the items anyway regardless of their status I just wanted to be told the truth. If their goal was to make one sale then they did that; however, if their goal was to have a return customer they failed miserably and I will warn off everyone I know about their practices. read more

we bought love seat, 2 recliners, 2 end tables...love them but when they got delivered there was some damage in shipping. So they sent a repairman from a secondary company Fast Furniture who took measurements, ordered the parts and said it wouldn't be long for them to come in for replacements. Unfortunately they were back ordered. that was February...it is now October we finally got the replacements. Furniture Now was nice and they offered us a store credit for our time and waiting so long. So we ordered another matching end table. The people there are great. I am surprised about some of the negative reviews here, as the prices are very competitive, the staff is super friendly, family owned, without being aggressive, and I received my furniture on the same day that I made the purchase! The sofa I Most recently bought is super comfy, high quality, and they even hauled out my old furniture ($15 dollar fee, so worth it!). I bought my sofa and love seat three years ago and paid over $2000.00 with insurance; that after all, I wasn't be able to use it with the problem that I'm having with the sofa now. I should have had a red flag when I purchased my sofa and love seat and they told me it was going to take about 6 weeks since it was coming from N.C. I paid in March I didn't get my furniture until the end of July and when I called to check it was always is going to be next week. After only three years of usage the sofa is peeling off and it was sold as leather, but this is a very CHEAP leather. Insurance wasn't covered because it has to be a single incident not wear and tear, which after three years is ridiculous in the condition the sofa is. They lie. I am still in shock from my experience yesterday. I called and was very specific about what I was looking for. I had the name of the manufacturer and the model name of the bedroom set I was looking to see. They told me they had 1 piece of it on the floor. I drove 2 hours to get there. I was just looking to see the finish on the set. I've seen many pictures of it on line but I don't want to buy and have to pay a restocking fee so I am looking to find it on a showroom floor and the manufacturer, Coaster Furniture won't give me that information.
