LA is such a talented craftswoman with a real passion for her work, which ranges from woodworking and restoring antique pieces to reupholstering furniture (and much more I'm sure). Our pieces look better than ever, and LA's attention to detail is incredible! We paid an extra fee to have the furniture picked up and delivered by her friendly delivery team and it was well worth it. Invoicing (50% deposit and 50% upon completion prior to delivery) is simple and paperless via Intuit Quickbooks and scheduling was a breeze thanks to Adia in customer service. Highly recommend LA who is a Restoration Hero indeed :)

Then the man tried to bring out more flooring that was warped just like the first flooring but he wanted me to sign a waiver saying that if he put this flooring down and it was the same way that I would not take him to small claims court again. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage

Not only were they very knowledgable regarding age and origin of antiques, even my asian antiques were estimated correctly in terms of age and location, but also when it comes to restoring them to original beauty without destroying the antique character. My antiques were damaged in a fire and they took great lengths to make them look like nothing ever happened to them, with success. They even ordered the correct piece of wood from New Zealand to get it just right and replace missing legs on a table that were lost in the fire. If you're looking for a cheap offer, I'm sure they're not the right place, but if you're looking for good quality work on valued woodwork you care about then I can highly recommend them.
