He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. Not only were they very knowledgable regarding age and origin of antiques, even my asian antiques were estimated correctly in terms of age and location, but also when it comes to restoring them to original beauty without destroying the antique character. My antiques were damaged in a fire and they took great lengths to make them look like nothing ever happened to them, with success. They even ordered the correct piece of wood from New Zealand to get it just right and replace missing legs on a table that were lost in the fire.
