Carlton out did himself! Talk about great service! You don't get this type of personalized, terrific service in most of the stores, even the elite stores, in DFW. AND the four bookshelves that I ordered that were delivered in days, by very personable and very professional men who took extra care to not bring in a spec of mud on a very wet day, are beautifully made. There is special detailing on the edges that I could not even see on the 1 inch picture. Granted, I was hesitant to buy for an itty bitty picture, but it was Carlton's assurance and guarantee to take it back if I did not like them that convinced me to go ahead. So very glad I did. The first night I woke up during the night several times, it just didn't seemed right, morning time I take off the sheets and found that the mattress is uneven! Actual potholes in the mattress and in further inspection the top half of the mattress is lighter than the bottom half.. The bottom half is way darker. This is not a new mattress I would never paid $1,200 for an used or refurbished mattress I would never buy one. My wife went to the store the day after it the mattress was delivered.. They were not nice anymore. They said we had to take pictures of the mattress and file a Warrenty claim. I asked them to come look at it but they said they couldn't do it, I live five minutes from the store, you can casually walk from the store to my place in five minutes. So we took the pictures of the mattress and file the c itlaim, it is now going on the fourth week and still nothing not a word . We call several times but the answer is always " we are reviewing the claim" what is there to review??? We let them know the day after the mattress was delivered!! We got the mattress on credit and were made the first payment but I'm beginning to realize that we were ripped off.. we were scammed. I would not sell this piece of crap to someone else so I'm going to stop making payments I'm pretty sure they will be by afterthe payment due date and pick up the mattresses it will hit my credit but at least I would only lose the first payment . The lesson of the story is buy from store that has a reputation, that is well known and one that doesn't sell crap and reals you off. I will never do business with this store .
