Today at 10:10 AM, I received a call from your delivery team while I was in a meeting. I immediately disconnected from the meeting and called back--only to be placed in a queue. While I was on hold literally 1 minute later, I looked out my window to see the van already driving away. In total, they waited no more than one minute before leaving. I even ran down the street to catch them, but they did not stop. When I finally reached a team member by phone, he told me he would ask them to return. This was just five minutes after they had left my building, yet the delivery team flatly refused, citing their "schedule." They had already marked the delivery as failed, despite not giving me a reasonable opportunity to accept it. To be clear: I rearranged my entire day to be home for this delivery. For the team to provide a single minute's grace before abandoning the delivery is not only unprofessional but also utterly disrespectful of customers' time. At no point was I given notice that they were on their way, which would have allowed me to be ready at the door. I now have no choice but to rearrange my commitments again for Friday, hoping this time the delivery team will allow more than 60 seconds for me to walk downstairs. The customer service agency's are absolutely terrible and unacceptable. The delivery team lads, I parked just a couple cars up the road from my own front door to witness the delivery team attend & not knock the door & took a photo of the door and went back to there van to drive off this was second chance at trying to get my delivery, I ran up & confronted the lads that then came out with every excuse as not to deliver the sofa including measuring with out a measuring tape or even seeing the property inside or door up close. I put pressure on and was not letting the item I already paid for go away so a a mix of myself and the delivery lads the sofa was delivered. We have a lot of stuff delivered off online inc large & small and medium no issues ever before, after google checks others have experienced the same issues. They Ignore my complaints and the attitude was disgusting , myself we waited for 4.5 hours after the delivery time slot start from on the second occasion in the car. Avoid at all costs this company, the RANGE and wilko use this company. In all the years I have never ever posted a negative or even a post with all the orders we have had over the years. The stress caused was unnecessary and not acceptable with for an item I had paid a lot of money for. The first delivery missed meant our daughter had a birthday at the new home without a sofa & on camping chairs and all our family, the second attempt meant myself and my autistic son getting up at 6 in the morning and sitting in the car outside the address in wait for a delivery that then showed up at nearly 10 o'clock any way, absolute jokers. Then the range are no good with there own service team with for issuies to be resolved or even talked about. There was a tarmac drive but the Driver was reversing onto paving slabs before i answered the door. Consequently 3 slabs cracked which i complained about only to be told the driver was asked to reverse onto the slabs. Complete lie in their part. Basically turned around and told my account was a lie. Why would someone tell a driver to reverse onto a path next to a tarmac driveway. read more

Stay away at all cost. I waiting 6 weeks for a bed top be delivered. They came 5 times on the incorrect date. When they will eventually did come it was one hour late and refused to wait 5 minutes to deliver the bed. Staff were very rude. It was the worst delivery experience i've every experience. These guys shouldn't be in business. read more

Absolutely useless got a phone call on the Wednesday saying it would be here Thursday between 7am 10am didn't turn up trying phoning the office multiple times but no answer tried emailing no answer I sent an email eventually at 6 o'clock somone rang and said it wasn't coming Friday we they had no delivery slots so had to wait Saturday it eventually showed up late can't fault the drivers but the place in general is rubbish I've also noticed they only reply to positive reviews one we spoke to the man on the phone there were no apology just basically said if you don't like it we will send it back and you won't get the couch we used them previously and they were rubbish then but thought it would he a one off but obviously not i will never buy anything online again if I know it will be going through them there customer service skills are shocking we have had no couch since Wednesday it's caused nothing but stress and upset I wouldn't have been bothered if they would have rang and said sorry or even keep updating but nothing if anyone is getting anything delivered through furdeco I urge you to try and ring there office I guarantee you won't be able to get through avoid at all costs read more

If I could give zero starts I would. Absolute shambles, we took delivery this morning of a new sofa and chair and am so so so disappointed. The way the delivery people handled our items was disgraceful, dropping them in the mud outside, shoving them through doorways and have severely damaged our brand new items. They completely disrespected our home, causing damage to the door frames and trailing mud through the carpet. My husband was made to help them lift the item, where he had struggles with back pain. And the new suite has been left unassembled and completely unusable. read more

If I could give zero I would. The delivery drivers have lied about ringing our doorbell and just driven off without attempting to deliver the furniture. When you speak to people on the phone to resolve they are just foul, awful awful service and the customer service is abysmal. Shocking customer service, delivered a mattress in a plastic cover which was covered in dirt which left dirt on my newly decorated wall wher they left it, there was also damage to the cover which meant there was dirt on the mattress as well. I was told at the point of order at Lee Longlands that the mattress would be delivered to our room of choice. Furdeco refused and left it in the hall. terrible experience, incompetent, not able to understand instructions, no able to communicate between office and delivery staff two completely unsuccessful attempts, we bought a 3 seater sofa, unfortunately if I can't take the sofa out of the packaging, it won't go through the door, I already knew that when we bought the sofa, we left it instructions on delivery, very clear by email , also very clear about the responsibilities to transport in side the house 2 times today I signed the receipt paper assuming any damages,before the sofa was t take alt from the van but I was not allowed to open my the sofa to go through the door, if I open the sofa the employees do not help me to bring it into the house, and I cannot bring a sofa for 3 people alone in the house If you are an online seller and use this company I will never do business with you, waste of time read more

Awful experience. They delivered a bed from Oak Store, one part looked like it was wrong so i queried it. They they tried to get me to sign a paper that said i had refused for them to open the parcels and check damage - I had actually said yes to this. I said i would write what had happened on the sheet and sign so i crossed out the things that weren't correct and wrote that i was concerned one part was incorrect. As i was doing this the delivery driver came into my house and front room and snatched the paper from my hand. Then tried to get me to sign for delivery which i wouldn't do as it was wrong. Then i said i'd call the bed company and he said he'd call his manager, when i came out they had driven off! Very intimidating, any women alone make sure someone is with you for delivery.
