A buddy had told me "once you go to one trampoline park you have gone to them all" well FunZ definitely didn't feel like all the rest. It's a huge space with a lot of different activities for kids and adults alike. The price is strange. 2 hours for 24, unlimited for 27. But what I appreciate is there is no tier system. Buy the ticket your kids can do it all. Rock climbing, trampolines, a huge play area with some decent slides for distance. The zipline was a favorite with my kids. Now a few thing that are strange some of the padding is in rough shape, some of the chairs to sit in look like they were found on the side of a road. And most staff are young and couldn't care less. But from the deep cuts of 90's rap playing, to just the overall vibe of an abandoned k-mart it was a decent time for my kids. I wouldn't mind coming back here. read more

This was one of the most disorganized family entertainment centers I've ever visited. We were looking forward to spending the day here, but issue after issue made it a frustrating experience. When we arrived, no one was running the zip line. Later on, we also found that no one was operating the high ropes course, the climbing walls, or several other attractions. None of this was communicated to us beforehand, even while staff were explaining the rules and requirements. If major attractions aren't going to be available, guests should be told before they pay or at least before they spend time waiting. The arcade experience was also disappointing. I spent just under $25 loading a reusable arcade card, but the employee at the front desk didn't seem to know how to add points to it. Instead, my account was somehow canceled and I was given a different card. When I later wanted to redeem prizes, the employee was on the phone, and it wasn't clear whether they even knew how to process prize redemptions. To make matters worse, the VR arcade game was glitched and ended up being a complete waste of credits. Large parts of the facility were also closed off. Multiple trampolines and sections of the jungle gym were blocked with literal crime scene tape, which made the place feel neglected and unfinished. The staff interactions were probably the worst part of the visit. One employee enforced the trampoline rules in an incredibly excessive way. A younger child jumped onto the same trampoline as Jackson (who is nearly 14), and despite Jackson not being the one who caused the situation, he was sent to a 10-minute timeout. After serving the timeout, he apparently returned about 30 seconds early and was sent back for another 10 minutes. When he came back again, the employee nearly sent him away a third time before our counselors stepped in. It felt completely unreasonable and like a power trip rather than an attempt to keep kids safe. Another employee told younger children to knock over a harmless foam Lego tower because it was supposedly "too tall," even though a different employee had already approved it earlier. The inconsistent rules made it seem like nobody was on the same page. The most unprofessional moment came from the employee running the zip line, who loudly said that "the kids smelled like ass." When one of the kids jokingly told him not to say that, the employee immediately threatened to send them to timeout for talking back. That's not an appropriate way to speak to paying guests, especially children. Even getting into the attractions was poorly managed. Several people in our group weren't given wristbands when we first checked in. We were later called back, made to sit through a rules presentation delivered through a megaphone that was far too quiet to hear, and even after a counselor asked the employee to speak louder, they didn't. We were then told to come up individually to get wristbands, only to stand around for several more minutes waiting for them to be handed out. Overall, the facility felt understaffed, poorly managed, and unprepared. Between closed attractions, broken games, inconsistent rule enforcement, long waits, confusing communication, and several rude staff interactions, it was difficult to enjoy the experience. I paid $110 for my kids to jump for 2 hours. been here MANY times with no issues at all, I alway sit in the massage chairs so spend an additional $40. Today I was told I needed to have "jump socks" in order to SIT MY FAT ASS in a chair for 2 hours...this needed to spend more money. Why are the massage chairs uo in the jump area if people need to buy socks. SCAM of the century. I will never come back here. It smells really bad. No air ventilation. The bathrooms are dirty, staff could clean them more often or more thoroughly. To sit in a massage chair (as a watcher) they make you purchase $4 socks plus the cost of the chair. You can't wear your own socks or shoes even if you're not walking around. They don't offer water fountains. One bottle of water is $2.00. They offer 2 hours of jumping for $24, there isn't a lower price for less time. Or $27 for all day. It's 36° dresses outside , an it was colder then that inside . My daughter and her friend started turning purple because it was so cold. They had to put on there jackets just to keep a little warm, but it didn't help. I had to leave early and I paid for 2 hrs, I told a worker and they said I can't do anything about it , it's the owners issue with an attitude. ENRAGED! My 4 year old son almost broke his foot when a male staff member came on to the trampoline and started jumping on the same one as my son... we had to leave at that point! Prior to this incident, my son fell over into the "tiny towers" wall and knocked it over. May I remind you that he is 4 YEARS OLD!!!! Obviously an accident! Then some fat staff lady that was working at the front desk went over and yelled at him, she then proceeded to kick my son out of the tiny towers.! He started crying and the people at the front desk rolled their eyes and laughed!! Additionally, the bathrooms smelled DISGUSTING!!! There was no AC or ventilation of any kind. There was SUPER tiny signs and it was hard to see what they were saying and if they were all saying different things or which ones were more important than others. The climbing obstacles were unsafe, there was POOP in foam pit, and the slides gave my son slide burns. Overall, I'm going to have to give it a zero. Fun-Z has a very big play area with lots for your kids to do, however that is the only positive thing I can say about this business. The prices are atrocious and their policies are absurd. We are frequent flyers at Urban Air but decided we would give Funz a try. Their website stated the opened at 11 so we arrived at 11. We couldn't enter because there was a large party still finishing up. After waiting outside for 15 minutes us with the swarms of other folks went in. We were welcomed with big signs that say to fill out wavier first. There is no where to fill it out and I could not find it on the website. The only people working at the people at the counter. We had to wait through the line to be given a little computer to fill out the waiver, then wait again to pay. A little more organization here would have allowed me to give another star. Next, the place was dirty, like trash, and food on the floor, the bathrooms were gross, dirty. They're were small types signs up everywhere with "rules" like "don't sit in massage chairs unless you pay for a massage" "No firearms" it just didn't look appealing at all just cheap. The 2 stars comes because they have a nice place area for younger children. There was a lot more for younger children to do than UA. That fun was ruined because older kids with absolutely no supervision were jumping in a ball pit made for younger kids or throwing large block pieces over walls and hitting much smaller kids. Again, no staff monitoring ANYTHING. The arcade area was smaller, with mostly old machines, the change machine broken, games nearly empty of prizes and some kiddie rides just took our money as they did not work. read more

This is a really great place for all ages! They have a toddler area, areas appropriate for school-aged kids, and some areas that have a higher age requirement. There are trampolines, ball pits, slides, playgrounds, climbing areas, and more. The staff were friendly and flexible. FunZ also offered a deal with the hibachi place next door--$28 each for an hour of jumping and then hibachi, not bad! My *only complaint*--and to me it's a big one but I didn't feel right about deducting a star--was the music. Some of it was highly inappropriate for kids and had obvious swearing (for example, Panic at the Disco's "I Write Sins Not Tragedies"; great song, but I don't play it around my kids!). read more

They haven't had heat for what looks like weeks by their reviews. I had 2 toddlers. It was actually snowing inside. It was 15 degrees outside. I was told after I paid that the heat was out but was being worked on but I saw one review from 4 days ago stating no heat another stating it has been out for weeks. We left there 3.5 hours ago and I still cannot feel my feet. That is too extreme for older people and little people. Please town of Lewiston close this place down they have horrible work conditions for employees and no consideration for children which is their customer base. First of all, it's surprising Lewiston even has something like this where kids can play indoors. They can jump, run, and climb. There is also a plastic ball pit, which hopefully they keep clean. While this establishment is certainly nothing special from an adults point of view, it will keep the real little ones entertained and busy enough. It is very reasonably priced as well. Little improvements seems to be made as time goes on. They seem to want some level of success for this place and I hope they get it. The biggest liability is probably the staff. Of course, they hire kids who don't look or act much older than the toddlers crawling in the ball pit. You want to keep an eye on your own kid(s) yourself at all times anyways, but here you will really want to. There are times nobody seems to know what's going on. Since there is generally nothing for kids in this immediate area, this is a nice place to have in town for those days it's more fun to be inside, and is quite simple and easy for the little ones to play in. Those qualities alone earn it 4 stars, but compared to big city establishments, you are looking at 2, "maybe" 3 stars. Then again, if your little one has a good time and sleeps well after, some parents may very well find it worth the entire 5 stars. Took my two grandsons (12 and 8) for an hour on Thursday. The place was packed - it's school vacation - but there was still plenty of room to spread out. Both boys had a great time. The price seemed on par with other places ($15 / hour). I like that there's a separate toddler area. Vending machines are convenient, as are the massage chairs. read more

the place reeked of dirty diapers, tons of tiny children in the parcore area, when it's clearly a 13+ area. ONE parcore area and you can even enjoy because of the fear of whacking a child. you can lift the mats slightly, and see all of the springs and wood, and a friend was hurt because of it. when we asked the workers to pay attention to the fact that there were kids in the more dangerous area, an old man intervened and was extremely rude about the situation, and we were kicked out because they wouldn't take the effort to deal with the adult. the workers were all talking to each other and on their phones, nobody was cleaning ANYTHING and we're in a pandemic, mask policies weren't enforced. this place should be shut down. read more

the kids love to come here but we want not be back. after paying $85 to let them play for two hours the kids wanted to get photos in the booth. they lost their money and there is no out of order sign on the booth. refusing to refund the money to a child is really poor service in my opinion especially since there was no sign and the amount of money they are gettin. read more

this place was not the best of the trampoline parks i've been to the lady in the front that goes by name of aj was getting mad at the people and took all that anger out on her coworkers and the foam pit smelt like piss and the people who were hooking my kids up on the harness didn't even know what they were doing and it look so loose also kids were being impatient and jumping on my kids in the foam pit and the workers didn't do anything about they were just using there phones if i could give this place a 0 i definitely would read more
