Most places are either too tiny or too big and shared with the public or other parties. Then there's the issue of "adults must pay" which I think is just bogus. The odd parent jumps into the bouncy castle to ensure their toddler doesn't get trampled on by their cousins, to make adults pay is in my personal opinion just preposterous. Most people hosting these parties are forced to invite their kids' friends and rush the entire experience from beginning to end with no interaction from extended family.. (grand parents,uncles, aunts) because you have a total of 15 of your favorite adults to invite... Like I said, BOGUS. This place has everything you need and at the most competitive pricing. Maria (owner) is a delight to work with! Such friendly staff and always very accommodating. Yes, you still have to rush unless you opt for extra hours above the 2hr in package, but you can bring your own food (nut free s'il-vous plait!) and as many adults as you can conjure up. The play area is ALL yours, in fact the entire facility is ALL yours for a private 2hr party! Now the real question is, why are there only 2 reviews and how does the rest of Vaughan's parents not know about this amazing place? I have told my family and friends, handed out flyers for J&Gs and now written this review. When business starts exploding I just hope they will keep their AMAZING pricing! (Cause its only a matter of time) Also- my last visit there was for my BFF's daughter's birthday party in March. It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. They were very relaxed about the whole process. I just put down my deposit and could take up until the week before the party to decide on a package. They let me customize my package for some very small fees (to get a bigger cake, add a mylar balloon, etc.) and were very flexible to enable me to accommodate what I wanted for my son's birthday. The place was clean and empty when we got there. It accommodated everyone in our party, which included a big family, lots of friends, and school chums and their parents, too. Lots of room for coats, loot bags, gifts, party supplies, etc. The staff was amazingly helpful, kept refreshments coming (because of the awesome Deluxe Bounce Package we got), helped serve the cake with the expertise of people who have done this a lot, and they didn't push us out the door when our time was up, as we were doing our best to get out on time! One of the best things about it was the fact that you get the whole place for your party, no sharing with strangers, and the location was amazing, with lots of free parking. One child was very happy, the other not so much. My young kid had a blast! It was a safe space where he could safely throw balls within a contained space. When he got bored of that, there was a large play structure to explore. Everything seemed clean and all bases were covered. Now comes my infant. She quickly became grumpy. She wanted to play on the structures so much but was at tremendously high risk of being trampled by older kids having fun. Therefore, four of us were taking turns holding her and trying to keep her entertained. Whenever she went near a table, she would attempt to pull everything off. Multiple staff were walking through the room witnessing our struggle. Towards the end of the party, when we were singing happy birthday to the birthday child, I saw tucked away in a corner, the toys suitable for the baby. We put her down and immediately her demeanor changed. She was so happy! The kids who wanted to play with her could go and sit with her and there was no risk of her getting trampled. A minute later, we see a stack of high chairs tucked in another corner. This would have allowed us to have her safely sit away from the table. Why could the staff not point out these amenities when they saw us struggling? At one point, I physically removed her from the party space because there was nothing for her to do! I did appreciate the changing facilities; however, I would have preferred a garbage can close to the table so that I didn't have to problem solve throwing things out while keeping the baby safe: Here are some more positives: ample parking, easy to find, the birthday party itself was fun, great space that accommodates all ages. Grass is always green and flowers are planted on a yearly basis with trees (though small) dispersed through the area. There are a number of soccer fields that get used to capacity when leagues are in play. During the winters months the ice rink is well maintained by city staff with a zamboni and public skating is supervised. Rocks outlining the rink make for a nice natural display while providing plenty of seating space. There are some picnic tables under a shaded area by the playground for those needing to eat some food or escape the sun in the summer. At night the whole park is lit well and there is never any worry when passing through.
