I have brought a wig from here which was 3.99 and a hula beach fancy dress pack with a grass skirt, cocunt bra and necklace for 7.99. I think the prices are fair. They have a no refunds policy as many people will wear fancy dress once and I think they fear that their rent business wont get many people if they offer refunds people can wear it and bring it back the day after. They have a wide range of joke things instore for example woopie cushions and black soap. Only a few in Dudley so would try this one for a renting service, prices depend on the costume.

They then tried to get us to pay further by bank transfer, which we refused. These items were for a five-year-old child's birthday, and the owner knew that despite that, the said items were now out of stock, ruining the child's party just for his satisfaction and disgraceful behaviour, especially in the current economic climate. He must be doing well to pick and choose his customers. Avoid disappointment and last-minute letdowns, and go to one of the hundreds of other party supply companies that will gladly serve you properly. Knowingly ruining a child's birthday party when it's their error is unacceptable.
