My doc sent referral but then they said they need one from my primary doctor. They text me an appt reminder and when I try to reply with the text says auto no reply. They send me an email to fill out my paperwork before my appt. When I try to reply to email, it say auto email only unable to reply. 3 days later I finally get in touch with scheduler, tell her about how I could not reply to email or text, she tells me not her problem she did not design the process. Great attitude. After several days of no contact, I found another place. Don't waste your time, if they are this uncaring and unprofessional about just scheduling, their treatment is probably just as bad or worse. Good reddens, to bad I wasted all this time for nothing.

The therapy was completely ineffective! They did no manual manipulation at all. Someone referred me to Kathy, at D&D Sports Med in Denton. She is fantastic!! I could tell after my first session, that she was doing what I needed! Kathy is vey knowledgeable in her job and knows exactly what to do! She is very kind, and concerned about her patients! My shoulder is almost 100 percent better! The entire staff is excellent! I highly recommend D&D, if you need any kind of physical therapy!

I've been going to Physical Therapy (PT) at Peak Therapy now for three (3) weeks or so and have to…read moreshare with everyone that is looking for PT recommendations. This place is a 5-Star service center for PT. I am an older athlete and have had multiple PT experiences in my life - this is the best ever! From the front desk (Kelly) who is efficient, friendly and helpful to Brett (site lead) and everyone in between! Cody; Maddie; even Damien and every single person at this site is helpful and supportive. They are making a difference in my physical health! I wish I had been here locally for my hip replacements; but they have been my "PT-go-to" for my shoulder repair! About 15 years ago I weight lifted more weights than the normal person and with this surgery, I've struggled to drink water using that arm. This group of excellent PT professionals are sincerely focused on making a difference. For anyone that I did not name - please forgive me and know it's just because I'm getting older and can't recall everyone's name. PUBLIC: Choose this place for your PT needs.
