And when I arrived, a sweet Asian woman came out of one of the rooms. It was a very strange arrangement in the entrance. It almost looks like at one time. It was the entryway of the home that it was in. Things that were weird? She asked me to pay upfront and wanted me to put the tip on there upfront. And I told her I would do the tip afterwards. She looks surprised. When she brought me to have the massage, she brought me downstairs into the basement. There was no light on the stairs, and when we got to the basement room, she had turned on a space heater so I could be worked on. Was it cold in there? Let's just say it wasn't warm. But it wasn't freezing either. I'm just thinking she really doesn't understand massage much. She did just a lot of hand rubbing like a person rubs your back when you're crying, you know? There was no needing of my muscles. And she did keep asking me if the pressure was OK. So I did appreciate that. It just was... Mid. There are too many other places to go that are much better than she. Maybe it was just her? I don't know. I just got a really weird vibe and honestly couldn't wait to get out of there. You can usually get an appointment right away However, it is now all new people with a new owner. I don't think I will ever be back. I had the worst experience with a woman named Ceecee. It was clear to me in the first 2 minutes she had zero training as a massage therapist. From the first touch she jerked my neck around rubbing at a speed of 100 miles an hour. She jumped around from body part to body part with no rhyme or reason. I had to tell her to use lotion because she was rubbing me so hard my skin was burning. The experience was so bizarre and excruciatingly painful. I'm mad at myself that I didn't walk out in the first 5 minutes. I'm mad that I paid for it and also gave her a tip. It was almost like she was purposely trying to hurt me. I told her at least 20 times to go lighter, that she was hurting me, not to go so hard, to "please stop." I even grabbed her elbow and hand multiple times to stop her from hurting me. She just made an audible sigh. She spoke no English, like all of the people there. That would have been fine if she knew the words for body parts or knew what "too hard" or "lighter" meant. She was drilling her elbow into my butt so hard I covered that area with my hand and said "no more. Skip this area. No." She moved on to another part then came right back to it with her elbows. I was clearly wincing with pain squirming on the table and she continued laughing as she drilled her elbows into my back, calves and butt. She kept saying "ok? Ok?" I continued to say "no! You as hurting me. I am going to be all bruised" but she didn't let up and continued with this weird laugh. She also twisted my arm behind my back during a strecth so hard I thought my shoulder could pop out. I stopped the massage about 10 minutes early. I finally sat up and said "I'm done." Every move was aggressive and over the top. Many times she aggressively grabbed my underwear and yanked them down so hard I thought she was going to rip them. I thought I was on some hidden camera show it was so bad. She then took the sheet and arbitrarily threw it on the floor after she told me to turn onto my back. I was laying there naked and she laughed again. She repeated put me in positions so my boob would come out. I started to feel like she was trying to see them. I am not a wimp by any means. I have had over 50 massages in my life and usually like a ton of pressure but this is something I can barely begin to describe. I have visible bruises on my shins, arm, and butt. I am sore all over. It was hands down the worst massage I've ever had in my life. I hesitated to post because I used to love this place but this woman is going to really hurt someone. They need to vet their massage therapists better and the town needs to make sure they are all properly qualified. They also need to learn some English. I know that is not politically correct but if they can't understand when you tell them to stop, that the pressure is too hard, to focus on an area or stay away from another area there is no point and it could actually be dangerous.

I admit, I am a little nervous to write this review as I do not want Keri to be totally booked up so that I cannot go see her again - but she deserves the shout out. Keri is amazing. We sat down to start and she really cared about what brought me in, and she had read my file so knew I had the two little ones at home. She genuinely seemed to care about how I was feeling, and how she could help me. She found knots in my back and legs that I did not even know I had (who gets knots in their legs?!?). She started me face up, which was my first time ever doing that, and I LOVED it. Honestly. My problem areas (back and shoulders) got attention both at the beginning and end of the session, which was so unique and also so great. She was relentless, but without pain, to work out every knot and ever tense area she found. Once I stood up, I felt like a new person. That set the tone for the rest of the experience. I signed up for their $59 facial special. As soon as I sat down, the worker immediately started upselling me on extra options. The way it was explained was confusing, and I agreed to extractions and another add-on, thinking they were part of the original facial. After a very quick facial, I went to pay and the total had jumped from $59 to $124. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the add-ons. Then I received a text receipt showing $137 instead -- which I'm assuming included a tip I never agreed to. I didn't argue in the moment, but I definitely learned a lesson. Between the rescheduling, lateness, confusing upsell tactics, and surprise charges, I would not recommend Oasis Spa in Saugus. Proceed with caution.

I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience here. I called the night before to book a Combo…read moremassage (30 min foot and 30 min body). When I walked in today the woman was surprised I was there and could not understand what service I was there for even though I pointed to it on the menu a few times. After finally getting on the same page I was brought to a room with multiple chairs. She put my feet in a bucket and then massaged my arms and hands but only used lotion on my right arm and not my left which I found very odd and actually a bit painful. When it was time for the foot massage, she spent a lot of time massaging BONEY PARTS of my feet and legs. She spent a lot of time on my KNEES which I had to tell her multiple times to stop because it really hurt. She spent time on my shins and the tops of my feet and individual toes... I literally cannot stress enough how much time she spent on my knees... After all of that she only spent about 7 minutes per foot and did not even touch my heels which was the biggest reason for going in. After this she told me to follow her to a room which I'm assuming was for the body massage. She led me to the room, pointed to the bed, shut the curtain and left. I had no direction of what to do, and I didn't see a blanket or gown to be dressed or covered in so I decided to just not go through with the body portion of the massage. I went up to the desk asked if I could tip on the card and after about 5 minutes she presents a higher price than the menu showed so I tipped 18% (to compensate for the price difference) said thanks and left. She looked at the receipt and stared me down as I was walking to the parking lot. I would NOT recommend this facility for any service at all. My feet still hurt and now my knees hurt too.
