I originally picked this practice because the location is super convenient for me, and they were able to schedule my first appointment right away (which is big when you're dealing with pain). The building is spacious and clean, with plenty of parking outside. It has a main area for PT, along with private care rooms for some of the other services. They've done a great job of listening to my concerns and easing me into all different kinds of stretching and strength building exercises that progress as my recovery does. It's all felt really tailored to my needs and lifestyle, and it's played a huge role in giving me the mobility and confidence to start getting back into my normal workout routine post-surgery. Everyone I've interacted with here is so kind, but I've been working with Adrienne for the actual PT, and I can't say enough good things about her! Highly recommend this practice.

Nice customer service but she did act ablaze like someone from the hood. She just couldn't stop and control herself. It appears he is more concerned with the trash he employs than being appropriate to his customers. I guess he has to soothe the savage beast because he can't hire any competent employees, employees who keep miscommunicating and giving the wrong or no information which caused many complications in the life of the patient. Not only did they not take responsibility of their errors the office manager defended the desk personals errors saying she did everything right. I couldn't have my pt that I waited a month for because they didn't have a referral for me because nobody told me I needed one. And that is only one of her wild goose chases. All I wanted was for them to know they needed to educate their front staff better as not to inconvenience other patients like me. This office manage went crazy yelling, waving her hands, talking over me in a very sarcastic tone saying that she didn't feel safe with me in the building. She wanted me to leave and not talk to the doc on duty. She said if I didn't leave she was going to call the police. Then finally after she ranted at the doc her side he came out but she wouldn't let me talk to him privately. She stood in the doorway and wouldn't allow me to close the door. She interrupted me and the doc repeatedly with threats and her opinions of things that had nothing to do with the event of the day. I left being told by the fill-in doc that he would have the owner call me but NEVER DID. With attitudes and disrespect to their patients no wonder why they had to buy patients off by giving DD cards for good yelps.....hence the many good yelps

I love all people regardless of their background and found this very distasteful, particularly considering the fact that this company would use someone like her as their "face". Later, the exercises I was given by the physical therapist were, I felt, too mild for my condition...an opinion later confirmed by my new physical therapist. There are too many physical therapy companies available to settle for one that's mediocre at best and not necessarily looking out for your best interests. The ones in Braintree are superlative. I've experienced several in my lifetime and Blue Hills Sport and Spine rehabilitation takes the cake!

I have been struggling with vertigo for about 6 weeks this time and I have been afraid to go back to therapy since I had such a bad reaction to it last time. I went to a vestibular specialist who referred me to National and I decided to give it another try with them. I am SO GLAD I did!! The care that was given... the neck stretch, the way they talked me through each step... and the way the maneuver was done was so different than how it was done other places... and I felt instant relief when it was done. I am going back today for one more as I woke up slightly dizzy... but now I am going feeling excited and believing for the first time in weeks I am getting better! Nation PT... amazing people who really care.

They seem to pack and stack appointments. The room is crowded and allows no privacy. They charge inflated fees for visits and are hard line about late fees for missed appointments. My therapist's attention was extremely diverted when I went there, working with multiple patients and leaving me alone to do exercises a lot of the time, so I assume the poor guy was at least double booked. I imagine when you go there for care your therapist will probably not be giving you 1 on 1 attention most of the time either.

It's independently owned, the only thing they share is the Bayshore name. I really like that it's owner operated, Matt is the owner, therapist, receptionist, and cleaning crew.
