I have received spinal & extremity adjustments (on & off) from Dr. Talorico for approximately 15 years. He is a very knowledgeable, kind, caring and compassionate man/physician. Several months ago, after lifting something heavy, I hurt my lower back. The pain was so severe that I could barely stand let alone walk. After several spinal adjustments and muscle therapy I was feeling 100% again. It took some time, but I trust Dr. Talorico and knew he would help me. A few months later, I suffered a pinched nerve in my neck. I had severe pain in my neck and radiating down my right arm. The pain was accompanied by muscle spasms and numbness in my thumb and index finger. Again after several weeks of spinal adjustments along with cervical traction, I was as good as new. Not being a newbie to chiropractic care I took to Yelp to find one who would suit my needs - not all chiropractors are created equal, and certainly not all practice the way I look for. In chiropractors I look for: personalization to my specific issues, thorough diagnosis, layman explanations of what they think the problem is, someone who is willing to work with me on specifics that I want addressed (rack and crack if I want it), and above all a chiropractor who's goal is to get you better and get you out the door instead of trying to suck you into endless visits (like so many do). Yelp came through and I found LeGault! LeGault helped me work through back, neck, shoulder, and hip issues; some had been chronic like the hips, and others like my lower back had just sprung up. Personally, I immediately felt better after my first visit, but came up with a plan for appts. at the first visit to rectify the underlying issues. LeGault was more optimistic than me on how long it would take to correct my problems and I can happily say we beat both of our expectations! I'm told to go to room 2 It's 2:08 and I have to be at work at 2:30. I told work. I could be a little late, so I go up to the desk and ask them what's going on? And I said oh, she was in earlier, she's not coming in this evening. Now, why couldn't they tell me that? When I walked in the front door and they said that they didn't have time to call people. I think this is piss poor. The receptionist obviously don't give a damn about me and i've been going to this office for a few years now. I guess loyalty means nothing. So I found a new chiropractor and I won't be going back to their office. I also left these comments on their website. I think it's extremely rude not to inform the patient that the doctor that they were scheduled to see came in and squan for the day. It may have been done purposely. To get me to see a different doctor because she's retired. I don't know. I'm just really angry right now. And I just feel that nobody cares and they're just covering themselves with all these excuses. So i'm warning you. If you have an appointment and you're sitting there too long, go up to the desk and ask them what's going on. Like I did.
