Since joining, I've already shed about 6 pounds and lost about 2% body fat! Coach Rod's meal plans are easy to prep and follow, and won't leave you feeling hungry. I appreciate the check ins and how he tailors your plan to meet your specific goals. I also love taking classes with Coach Sean and Coach Nick. They're so supportive and most importantly, keep you motivated while checking your form. The classes might be only 30 minutes long, but they are TOUGH and will keep your heart rate pumping. Everyone in the group classes have been super kind and inviting and it's such an awesome community to be a part of. I'm a little bit more than halfway through the six week challenge, and I am excited to see how much progress I will have made by the end of it.

Many of the workout classes at this location seem to not cater to younger members. Other big Downside: Everything in the "recovery area" is always broken and takes 3-8 weeks for anything to get fixed (ie, red light sauna, cryotherapy bed, hydro massage beds) The highest tier membership is almost a waste of money because they never get things fixed in a timely manner. Pilates is also a completely separate membership and is way overpriced. Just go to a real studio for that.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the appointment was confirmed for 7:00 PM, yet upon arrival I was immediately informed by the front desk associate that his shift was over and that no one else was available to assist me. The interaction itself also came across in a way that made me feel like my time and appointment were not valued as dismissive and unprofessional, rather than solution-oriented or apologetic. Terry was my initial point of contact, I am unsure why an appointment would be scheduled at a time when there was no staff available to actually conduct the tour. Overall, this was a complete waste of my valuable time and a very poor first impression.

I think a lot people would probably look Revision's monthly fees and believe it competes with a big…read morebox facility like Equinox in the luxury gym market. However, this assumption could not be more erroneous. Equinox is a $250 a month "luxury" gym with over 20 year old equipment, and amenities that you have to pay extra for. In my past experience, they struggled to have towels ready half the time I requested one, and the cleanliness has gone downhill over the last few years. In contrast, Revision is in a class of its own as a cutting-edge and innovative wellness center, that just so happens to have a state of the art gym. In addition, the facility is immaculate (you can practically eat off the floors), with a great layout that ensures that everything is easy to find and stays organized. The best thing about Revision is that all of its amenities (cold plunge/infrared sauna, Ceragem massage bed, cryotherapy, compression therapy, red light therapy, meditation pods, etc.), can be utilized on an unlimited basis monthly. If you go to a typical spa or wellness center and purchase 1 or 2 amenities, the costs can easily total more than Revision's fees for a single month. In other words, the membership pays for itself very quickly regardless of whether or not you choose to utilize the gym component of the center. If you do decide to use the gym, the environment is supportive and non-intimidating, and there is a variety of diverse equipment to use (pendulum squat, smith machine, free weights, and cardio equipment that blows away anything you would find at a big box store like 24 hr. Fitness, Gold's Gym, or even Equinox). In terms of atmosphere, I've been searching a long time for a gym that feels like an actual community, as opposed to a meat market embedded within a warehouse of equipment, as most gyms within the area turn out to be. Within my first week or two there, Carolyn, one of the owners, came up to me and asked "Do you have any problems, complaints, or issues. We like to address them immediately." For me, those were magic words that I rarely hear from any business owner, regardless of the industry. It's a great feeling when your input is not only valued, but actually solicited. In addition, both owners (Dusty and Carolyn) are completely on top of catering to members individual needs. For example, I asked for a trap bar and a free-motion/dual cable machine, and they made it happen without me having to engage in any follow-up, which has been non-existent in my experience at other gyms. In the past, whenever I had an issue at a different gym such as Gold's or 24 hr., I would get the passive aggressive "we'll look into it," in response to a request of mine, but of course they never did. Instead, I would literally have to nag the front desk staff or management ad nauseam about the issue, and still not have success. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that most gyms only care about the bottom line (total patrons), and don't want to hear your complaints or input because you're just another number. People want to feel like they matter and have a voice that is heard. At Revision, you have a voice and you matter.

They pay attention to form, push you when you need it, and know how to meet you where you are on any given day. Down 30 lbs, zero injuries, feeling like a new person…read more Ok so I don't really write reviews but I have to for these guys. I've tried so many things in the Woodland Hills / West Hills area -- gyms, personal trainers, group classes -- and honestly nothing ever clicked. Then I found Impact One and it's just been a totally different story. When I walked in back in December 2025 I was kind of a mess. Recovering from a shoulder injury, dealing with plantar fasciitis, just not in a great place physically. Four months later? Down close to 30 pounds, shoulder feels great, and the plantar fasciitis is like 70 to 90% better. And I didn't pick up a single new injury along the way. That part still blows my mind. I feel strong. Like actually strong. And my energy is through the roof -- I honestly can't remember the last time I felt this good. The biggest reason this works is the team. Ali, Micah, Thomas, and Jorge -- these guys aren't just trainers, they're legit experts. They really understand the body. Every single session they're watching how you move, checking in on how you're feeling, and adjusting things on the fly based on what your body can handle that day. When I came in with my shoulder and my foot issues, they didn't just say "ok we'll go easy." They actually knew how to program around my injuries so I could still make serious progress without making anything worse. That kind of knowledge is really hard to find. And beyond the expertise, they're just genuinely supportive people. They make you feel like they're in your corner. It's not rah-rah fake motivation -- they actually care about your results and they pay attention to the details. The programming itself is also next level. There's a real methodology behind everything, not just random workouts. But it's the combination of smart programming plus trainers who deeply know what they're doing that makes this place special. I've been around the block with fitness out here. These guys are the best I've found and it's not even close. If you're on the fence just go.

Crunch fitness, athletic society (now crunch) equinox, speakeasy, and golds gym. This is BY FAR the WORST gym out of all of them. Any other 24 hour fitness is superior to this one, and so are all the other gyms. They don't clean, they don't even provide plastic bags that are supposed to be provided per their own sign in men's locker. Nothing to dry wet clothes. No towel service.!Scale in bathroom is not calibrated which I brought to attention of worker who just smiled and waved it off as if that isn't a major problem for people who depend on the scales.. Machines are broken with no fix signs. NO SIDE RAISE MACHINES. The freaking benches aren't even fully adjustable. It's either flat or inclined. Dumbbells have different handles for same weight (are you guys not a huge corporation, you can't afford it?) AND they keep raising prices and have also introduced late fees that tack on immediately (no other gym does this as far as I know). In conclusion; I'll be taking photos/videos for evidence of everything I can that's wrong with the gym and will be forwarding that to corporate in hopes it reaches shitty management. -Mussa EDIT: sending a cleaning crew doesn't solve the main issues I mentioned. Bring back the clothes dryers, plastic bags, towel service and the name 24 hour fitness. And get some adjustable benches.
