ZERO rating Last Friday, for the skating rink. I was with my adult family who are experienced skaters for many years. Appalling. The place was a disaster. While no business can be sure of how others behave, however, a few common sense rules would make a difference. We have traveled all over the country to rinks. Family of professional skaters, from Maine to Florida we have skated. I have never seen a rink with no skate guards, or that allowed hats, gum chewing, cell phones, bandanas hanging, ear pods, or just outright walking onto the floor. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Try skating over a hat, a piece of chewed gum, or between skaters who have laces undone!!! What is the management thinking??? RSROA would be all over the place with violations. The manager had NO interest in hearing my concerns. Apparently $$$$$$ matters, not safety. I did not see the outside areas, but I hope that safety is priority there. From the looks of the mess that is that skating rink, I highly doubt it. Food on the floor, skates strewn all over, not a single person attending to what was happening on the floor. Very sad. If you like to skate, this is NOT the place to do it. Very Very disappointed. Overpriced!! You don't just pay a general admission fee. You pay per 'activity' they have there. Your options are: Laser tag, Skating, Inflatable bouncy houses, arcade games, and a small food court for lunch. I went recently and just wanted to use the inflatable bouncy houses for the kids, and paid $8.50 PER CHILD- for just the three tiny bouncy houses; And they weren't even that spectacular. I couldn't even imagine how much you'd pay to do a variety of activities. read more

The Fun Warehouse is suited for all ages offering something for adults and children alike. I like it because it's clean and safe, yes I know, unusual for an Arcade/Skating Rink. Great security, wifi available but spotty unless you sit near the window in the inflatable room. Normal, friendly staff, no carny types here. They have a food counter with Chick fil A chicken sandwiches, pretzels ($2), tostitos nachos ($3.50), pizza (doesn't look that great so I haven't tried it) Clean, well lit bathrooms. Took my boys to Fun Warehouse today. Their website said they have a Wednesday special for Laser Tag. When we got there they said it is an April special and they don't have specials during spring break. I said that is not on the website and he said he would not honor it. They would rather a bad review than let the customer be right. Be sure to check ahead if you are planning on using one of their specials. read more

From the moment we entered, nothing but disaster. -Computers are extremely slow and have to tap the same letter about 5 times for it to recognize it. Prices are very expensive. EVERYTHING costs EXTRA. It's ridiculous! Depending on what kind of skate you get, it's extra on top of the extra charge. Socks... extra... skate helper, EXTRA. Food was very tasty, however, I got charged wrong and the guy couldn't seem to figure out why. It was simple in black and white writing but yet he couldn't figure it out and had to call over a manager. Then when i asked for my receipt, they (including the "manager", acted like I asked for a tooth to be pulled. When he finally found it, it was all torn up and wrinkled horribly bad. I have pics. I asked why it looked like that, he (the "manager" blew me off as if it was no big deal. Then when our food was brought out, our fries were missing and we HAD TO ASK FOR THEM. And our chicken quesadillas... wow. Cheese wasn't melted and had extremely tiny amounts of chicken that wouldn't even fill up my teacup poodle that weighs 2 lbs. Not sure what the heck is going on but it's very clear that they don't give refunds because of the signs and receipts. They should re-consider even being in business. Staff is not that friendly. Go carts are the worst I have ever driven. So bumpy and a horrible layout. Charged $8.50 for me to drive and $4.50 for my son to ride. This place literally has everything you can want in a family fun center. They have arcade games, tickets and prizes, Lazer tag, inflatable bounce houses, roller skating and go carts. My husband and I went without kids and we had a blast. It can get a little pricey, but you can definitely spend the entire day here! They also have a snack bar with beer and wine! My husband and I got the four pass. We did our laser tag and go carts fairly quickly but then skated for hours. They also have arcade games with big ticket wins to make you feel like you're amazing! They had air hockey and pool as well. Would definitely return if I lived in Myrtle Beach. read more

Had a simple issue that could have been resolved by simply providing the service paid for or a refund. The general manager was unhelpful and provided neither. For the excess cost of this establishment I'd find somewhere else to take my children for a good time. I recommend the bounce house as an alternative. read more

Good way to spend the day with family. Lots to do between skating, go carts, laser tag, video games and more. We thought we would only spend about an hour here, max two but ended up spending closer to three and a half. It wasn't busy at all but we still enjoyed our day. read more

To all my friends , especially the ones in myrtle beach. Please please, do not go here.The kids that I coach, take a second thought about going here also. This all started today when my son went there, played, and then was told he was banned forever. Told him to get out on the street, he said give me my money back and Mike roe the manager said we don't refund. So they threw a 13 year old boy in the street,crying. That's when he called me. I tried talking to him about what is going on, but Mike could not put two words together. But it is ok to throw a 13 outside in the street. So this is the back story of what happened. My son posted a review of the place on Google. You can go read it. He was upset, said some things about how poorly run it is. Which it is, I have seen it with my own eyes. Some of the people that work in there are just mean, they think they can treat your kids anyway they want. Most of the workers would be fired if they were teachers of school age children, that they are trying to deal with. Adults would not put up their attitudes in any other job.And yes, I let him go alot, but I never liked it. There one police person there that is not paid enough. They wind up running the place. There are way too easy kids there for the amount of workers. I'm glad this happened so he won't go there, but friends be careful. When you do your kids off, are they bring treated right? Is the place safe? Fire code, police, food safety. I've seen exit locked up, not sure that is code. Tim marks owns the place, I'm going to see if these questions can be answered. Do any of his works have back round checks. Make sure they can be around all of these kids. Because if they feel they can throw a 13 year old boy out in the street, because the owners feelings for hurt, I'm sure the test of the business is not run well read more

I was demanded to immediately delete the photos on my camera and leave the premises by the staff, or else have the cops called and be arrested on pedophilic charges. Apparently someone had submitted a complaint to a staff member claiming I was a pedophile taking photos of random children skating in the rink. And the staff just assumed it was true before having the first word with me. They put their hands on me to escort me out of the building, while my argument that I couldn't leave because my 8-year-old son was out there skating in the rink went completely ignored. Somewhere between debating with a staff member whether or not my camera even has a delete button, and then being told to hand over my roll of film or else have the cops called, my son Jakob, who it became suddenly obvious I had been taking pictures of, comes rolling up to the confrontation and puts his arm around my waist. That's when the staff should have put their hands up and apologized in a state of shock from realizing what they had just done. But these people didn't back down and continued to force me, and now my child too, to leave. I should have been the one who called the cops and who became the new owner of Fun Warehouse following a walk-in-the-park law suit. But instead, all we got was a lifelong family memory and this little Yelp review - and of course, my roll of film developed later that week ;) read more

The roller skating was fun but the arcade games were way too expensive for one game (most of the games were $1.50- $1.75 for one player, one round) and some of the games didn't work properly after you paid to play them. Also, the prizes required an absurd amount of tickets to get anything decent. The kids seemed to like the bouncy house, but there is no water fountain for the kids running around & playing, you have to buy a bottle of water. In all, the kids had fun but expect to open your wallet. read more

We took our 3 kids under 10 yrs of age and had a blast!!! Bought each of them the $25 card for $20, lasted about 2 hours of entrainment on a rainy day. All the games are relevant and exciting!!! Kids had a blast earning tickets of course, staff was friendly and even allowed us to take a tour before purchasing!!!! Well worth it!! read more

Upon entering, the doors to the attractions were closed which I found off putting. A front desk attendant asked what activity we wanted (inflatables, skating or laser tag). After we expressed interest in the arcade, we were allowed to enter. They have an attractive skating rink, a refreshment area, a mini bowling setup and small arcade area. The place impressed us as being too basic. We were expecting something along the lines of Dave & Buster's. However, if you are into laser tag and skating, it might work for you. read more

My 2 year old son enjoyed the inflatables so much! My boyfriend and my son both did not bring or wear socks which was awesome that they provide socks. It's $2.00 for a pair of socks which isn't too bad. We bought an arcade card and a pass to get on the inflatables. The arcade games were fun and endless... It seemed like a very nice environment. A lot of very friendly workers. The food was delicious and the service for the food was good as well. We enjoyed every part of our visit at the Fun Warehouse. The only issue I had was that the bathroom soap one needed filled and also a few stalls were a little clogged and needed cleaned, but other than that it was well worth the visit! read more

Exceptional celebration!!! We brought our senior class for their Senior Day and Fun Warehouse made a bunch of graduating seniors feel like kids again! We were some of the first to ride the go karts and our kids had a great time and they even accommodated the teachers for the last ride of the day. They went about and beyond to make our day special and I couldn't recommend a better place for your outing or party!!! We will be back!!! read more

Came here a couple of years ago. Was impressed by it sufficiently to drive 30 minutes here from NMB during our next visit to the area - daughter had so much fun she kept asking for it. Discovered the arcade is overpriced, the games stingy with tickets, the prizes crappy compared to other arcades. They still don't rent helmets for roller skating - my kid fell backwards and narrowly avoideda concussion. Bottom line: The Track and other places in the area have a much nicer arcade at the same prices. There are much better go kart tracks everywhere. The fun warehouse has a nice set of inflatables but that's about it - definitely not worth the drive with so many options to choose from! read more

I went here with my three sons, my brother, his wife, and my mother. It costs a lot, but we got the unlimited ALL Day passes which was worth it! We had so much fun!! We played on the inflatables with my boys, we did laser tag (which was awesome), we skated (a lot), and the best part was the Go-Carts! I loved the go-carts so much because it was exhilarating. The only problem was the waiting in line for the go-carts. One time we waited for at least 45 minutes and we were practically at the front of the line! This one employee there was extremely nice and friendly. The ice cream and pizza are delicious.And they also do military discounts. The DJ is very strict about the rules when you are skating and they charge you every time you want a refill, but all in all, my family and I had a blast and I hope to return there for even more fun one day! read more

Just had the worse Party experience ever. We paid for the Glow Party..over $400 dollars and last year we had a cheaper party and it was way better, or hostess then was amazing, she did everything played games with the kids and gave them free tickets and every one got a card to come back for a free item. She got everyone involved and excited. Our party host did not introduce himself nor speak to any of my kids the whole time, actually I did not even know his name until the party was over. He stayed on his phone while the adults had to help with serving...refilling..drinks..clean up etc. Organizing the different events and getting the kids together. I am so very disapointed. All the parents said they have never been to a party this bad at fun warehouse that it was an akward environment. The go carts quit working for a couple of the party guest...the host didnt bring ice cream until the party was over...we missed our second game of lazer tag because it was such a cluster..I called on Tuesday to add two additional peperoni pizzas was told someone would call to go everything on Thursday, no one called. So guess what? No extra Pizza's the kids only got one slice each and none of the adults got to eat. If someone would have checked over party details that could have bee avoided. I basically got handed all the skating tickets, game cards, and told what time the lazer tag games and go cart race was. I could continue on with five pages of what all went wrong, I shouldnt have to apologize to everyone there for how bad our service was, so embarrassing they had to work instead of having a good time!! So thank you for ruining a $500 dollar party for my 7 year old that was supposed to be the "best one ever." read more
