This…read moretransit agency did a good job of taking me to Morro Bay and I must declare it is pretty cool if you put aside the terrible weekend frequency of route 12. If you are a total bus fan like me, then it will be easy to appreciate this transit agency. They have a diverse fleet of buses that come from different vendors. I saw it on IG. I am very shocked to say their fare costs less than my local transit agency. Not too bad for a city that actually sees tourists and students. Drawback: If you have no patience waiting for a small bus then don't ride it because the operating hours are not as good as a larger city. Note: Don't get this organization confused. The other one has the double deck bus, this doesn't.

The lobby is excellent, and exudes class and exclusivity. I rented a car from Enterprise for our trip but it was not delivered at ACI Jet. Without hesitation, they offered us a ride to Enterprise, even if was just the next building over; excellent. Departure was Sunday, Mother's Day. ACI Jet was very thoughtful and gave my wife a rose for Mother's Day, what a great touch. I used this time while I was flight planning to explore the FBO. Men's bathroom stalls have floor to ceiling doors, wow. Lots of snacks and premium coffee is available. We liked their ice cream the best, what a delectable treat. SLO /Pismo Beach would always be a great family getaway. Know I know that ACI Jet will be there to pamper us and give top-service.

I have…read morerented from James for many years and other then his trailers being out of date we didn't have a ton of issues until recently. In 2025, we rented our trailer and upon arriving there were small gnats all over the bathroom (hundreds of flies) due to flying out of the toilet and they were clearly in the black tank. James refunded us part of our reservation fee and we moved on after bug bombing the bathroom. This year in July 2026 it got even worse!! We showed up to our already delivered trailer and there were ants EVERYWHERE. In the bunk beds, all over the bathroom and kitchen sink counter and it was disgusting. My husband and I spent hours wiping down the trailer with disinfectant thinking we got most of them and James denied knowing they were there. Unfortunately they were already in the pantry and got into our food that had to be thrown out. It got so bad that we left a night early and have not heard from James since regarding a partial refund. Renters beware!! The trailers are outdated, the couches are peeling and there are serious pest issues that need to be addressed. We wont be renting from them again.
