A Delightful Balloon Experience That Floated Above Expectations!…read more I confess, I initially doubted the prowess of a small, independent balloon business in the hustle and bustle of NYC. Living in another state, I almost defaulted to a big chain store whose name I recognized, thinking they'd have a better selection and reliability. Boy, was I in for a delightful surprise! Instead, I googled "Best Balloons Delivered to Prospect Heights," and Sabrina's Creations popped up. Google was right about this fabulous woman-owned balloon business. She was a breath of fresh air. Reliable, attentive, and truly dedicated to making my vision a reality--at a very reasonable price, including delivery. I felt like I'd stumbled upon a hidden gem in the concrete jungle! Despite my worries about logistics, she delivered (literally) beyond my expectations. I gave her a four-hour window for delivery, and she impressively narrowed it down to just one hour, and then further to a half hour. And before heading out, she sent me a picture of the bouquet for any last-minute tweaks (you can see it at the top of her website-at least today)-it's the blue bunch of graduation balloons, including an inflated diploma!). Spoiler alert: it was perfect, and the recipient was over the moon! Her communication was great, her customer focus unparalleled, and her reliability unquestionable.
