Nice play to kill some time after you get done eating. It's aimed towards smaller kids. But I noticed a few games for older kids/ adults.

They really know how to burn their customers…read more I've been to D-Pad several times in the past and have had virtually no problems, so it was a huge shock to me when they sold my fiancé and I several marked up PS2 games without disclosing the issues prior to purchase. There was sharpie on the discs, cases, and booklets on every single one of the games, but when we brought them back to return them a few days later they charged us a 10% restock fee because they 'weren't defective.' The guy DID tried to get the sharpie off, but outside of that the entire situation was just horrible business practice. If you shop here, open and check the PS2 cases before making a purchase. They openly admitted that they received some 200+ PS2 games that were all marked up. Hope this helps someone.

I asked the guy behind the counter, who had just got done with a transaction, my question about being compatible. He replied, " I don't know" and then proceeded to get on his phone. Six minutes went by with absolutely no interaction, no reply, no answer. That was the first time in my lifespan that I've ever seen somebody behave that way in a customer based business. I would never spend a dollar in this place and we'll make sure my word-of-mouth gets as far as it can. The guy was in his late 20s maybe with an Afro.

Before making the trip, I called this location and was told they were participating. Additionally, the Victoria location is also listed online as a participating Sensory Sunday location. When we arrived the entire location was dark, no one answered the door or phone, not a single light on, staff anywhere around or explanation as to why Sensory Sunday was not occurring as ADVERTISED. Not only am I disappointed, but MORE importantly, the children are disappointed. This was supposed to be a fun family day that many families likely planned around. For children who thrive on routine and preparation, unexpected changes can be especially difficult. If a location is unable to participate or needs to close, there should be clear communication through phone messages, online updates, or signage at the location. Programs like Sensory Sunday are about inclusion and accessibility, and families should be able to trust the information they are given. I hope Chuck E. Cheese reviews its communication process and clearly list that the Victoria location does NOT participate in Sensory Sunday ( even though it's advertised on their Victoria website and other outlets as if they do ) so other families don't experience the same disappointment.

There were very few games that were not in service(like 2 maybe). They were not all damaged or were missing parts. Staff were friendly and attentive. One of the better Chuck E. Cheese we've gone to. Didn't get any pictures of the place because I was busy chasing the kiddos and making memories.

We stopped by on our way back from our spring break vacation. I went in with low expectations, with…read moreall the mixed reviews we saw. We figured, let's just check it out. Glad we did! The major, and I mean major things was it was not crowded! Which was a huge relief for spring break and the crowds we dealt with every where else we went. The second MAJOR plus! The food was actually really good! You don't hear that much about amusement parks! If the family says they would eat it served anywhere else, then it's good! I recommend the family pack with food! Ok so value wise, you can look at it in two ways. The perks could outweigh the seeming thought of overpaying. It's waaaaaay cheaper than seaworld, or six flags. I can see it being worth more value if the water park section was opened. For right now, the fact the kiddos and even the misses could ride all day, and no long lines, make this a win for us. There are no token to buy, just all day wristbands. Yes the video games for the most part are dated. It's also not a huge park. There are four major rides outside. My family said the rollercoaster was a lot more violent and faster than they thought it would be. They were split whether they liked it or not. They also all loved the go kart attraction. We almost missed a small section in the inside towards the back. They had a bungee trampoline, a small rock wall, and a flight simulator! The family all enjoyed the flight simulator! It made for lots of laughs. They did have a playground and ball area for the smaller kids which we did not explore. Again, this is not a major theme park, but more like a light version with less crowds! We are coming back! The only negatives for us, the distance from where we live, the dated video game rides, and the water park being closed. It's not crazy cheap, but not crazy expensive. Hope that makes sense. It's almost like it was worth it to us because we were already driving back into town. That's pretty much it...
