They went above and beyond in the delivery setup and product service... Even calling me the night before the event after setting it all up to make sure the lighting was adequate and offered to provide more if not.. But it was great sontheybdid not have too. We tasted everything, apps, salad, sides, main course. Tracy walked through everything, table settings, colors, buffet or plated or family style. We went with family style. Tracy spoke with the bride and groom about a week before the event, and walked them through the timeline and asked all the questions and truly made everything personal to them. The worse part about my experience is the customer service! I had concerns with my rental the DAY OF the party and no one was available. The store was suppose to be open on Saturday but no one answered the phones, they also had an emergency line that i was to call and no one answered that i left messages after messages and nothing. At the end of the day the party ended up being a success, but that doesn't take in to consideration the headache of not thinking that my party was going to be a success. On the next business day NO ONE still called me back! I had to call them at the end of the day! They then told me that they will call me back in 30 minutes and NO CALL AGAIN! i had to call them back the next THURSDAY because NO ONE still had called me. All they could say was well I'm sorry, but i was busy i was out of town, i didn't know! Then they said well we figured nothing was wrong because there was no damage to the moon bounce, and if there was we would have called you!! Ive never in my life felt so disrespected and my satisfaction didn't matter! They didn't pick up my items til 2 days later! It sat in my front yard for two days! And NO ONE called to schedule an appointment to pick up!!!! Complete Lack or respect for the customer. At the last minute- 7 days before our event- I found No Wait Party Supply and reached out on a whim. They only had one other review- 5 stars and too specifically detailed to be fake- raving about them so we took a chance. They had exactly what we needed and were able to deliver to our venue on a Sunday evening. Carlyle was a pleasure to deal with, prices were great, quality of the tables and chairs were great, and best of all he was so reliable. He arrived a bit before our contracted time, moved the tables and chairs into the event room, and arrived precisely on time to collect everything at the end. He was professional and polite and we absolutely recommend his company and will absolutely hire him again!!!

Their instructions were clear, and they assured us they were just a phone call away if there were any issues. A small hiccup occurred and the staff who dropped off did not leave weights to keep the tent from blowing over. We called and the owner brought weights within the hour and was super apologetic.
