We were unable to use several of these tables. The tables in general were in poor condition. Some were missing chunks of wood. Some with duct tape to cover holes in the table. SEVERAL of our vendors got splinters from trying to set up their display due to the raw wood left unnoticed and unfixed divots on the table top. The icing on the cake was the table marked BROKEN and missing screws from one of the legs rendering it unsuitable and unsafe for use. But, it was still delivered anyway. In short, we had to go out on the day of our event and purchase 8' tables from Wal-Mart because your tables couldn't be used. We rented tables from you to make the event run smoothly. And it turned out, that renting from them only made things chaotic and left us looking unprofessional to our vendors. As a small business owner myself, I find if completely unprofessional to take payment and guarantee your product, and then delivered sub-par and unusable tables. With other table rental options in the immediate area, we chose this company based on their courtesy and professional appearance. This was unfortunately a poor choice on our part. Upon speaking with Desirae at the office, she agreed to give me a refund after numerous calls and emails. We even sent photos as proof of the poor product. Desirae said she would send out a check right away with the full refund. It's been WEEKS and no check has come. When I call the office number, no one answers and voicemails go unreturned. AVOID this company like the plague. I wouldn't want your event to be ruined because of Gotcha Covered not holding up their end of the bargain.
