It's in a plaza right next to Mystic Aquarium- the parking lot is a nice size but can get packed in the front so go around back and there's TONS of parking. There's shopping for everyone here. From random items, to themed items, treats, snacks, food, Knick knacks, jewelry, sunglasses, home items and so much more. It gives me hippie vibes and I love that. All the employees in the shops are just so sweet- never ran into a bad one. I enjoy walking around here every single store front has something in it, it's not a dead area with random shops closed. It's pretty much always busy, but doesn't get so crowded you have anxiety. I have brought my mom here a few times and she also enjoys it. We spend half a day here and grab something to eat as well. You might want to plan to spend at least 3/4 hours here. Take it all in. The prices can be on the more pricier side for stuff- but that's location. Have fun!

When I got there I was automatically greeted at the door by Sara and she told me about the sales and asked if I needed help with anything. I informed Sara about my previous fitting somewhere else and she assured me that I would have her undivided attention and could point me in the right direction. The fitting itself was over in 5 seconds. Sara told me that I was a 36D and I told her about problems I have with the strap falling down and I was looking for something that would give a little lift. She promised me that it was not going to be any trouble finding the bra that would meet all my needs. We went and looked at a few styles to try on and she would explain why it was different from the other style she was holding. Another employee asked Sara over to the register because the UPS man needed something signed. She walked me over to the dressing room and told me she would be right back to check on me. She was at the door as soon as I got the bra on and was ringing for her help. The bra didn't work. She explained that every bra will fit different. We tried a few more and it seemed like nothing was going to work. Then Sara suggested me trying a molded cup style bra. She told me it was the one that she loves to wear. I tried it on and fell in love with the feel and comfort of it! I bought one in every color (6 bras total). She even helped me find matching panties. Its hard to find great service these days and to go into a place when you already feel awkward and say can you fit me for a bra is even harder. I like how you aren't passed off from person to person. Sara stayed with me until I walked out the door. It's a great store with really good prices! I have referred all my friends and family there.

I was the only potential customer in the place among three employees who were all so busy planning displays for merchandise they apparently lost track of the fact they need customers if they plan to move that merchandise. They looked up from time to time but not once did they offer assistance. You may be thinking I should've asked for help...indeed, that was an option. But a little place in my brain wonders why I should have to beg them to wait on me when there are so many other shoe stores in the world. TWO THUMBS DOWN!

I found at least 10 things I wanted to buy, many of which were unusual clothes that I had not seen elsewhere. Excellent quality. The first time we let my son play and look around and eventually I got him out of the store after buying him a set of magnet toys which he seems to really love. He loved playing with the train table they had because he's big on trains and sadly we don't have room for a train table. We stopped back before grabbing the ferry home because we were going to a birthday party when we got home and needed to get a gift for the party recipient. We let our son pick the toy and I found a cute count sesame street mini stuffed animal to add to it. They were helpful with packaging the gift nicely as well. At first I thought the owner of the store was a little mean because my son was rolling the toy cars around and I got the gist that he didn't want him to do that but he seemed to soften up after we spent some time in the store and on our second visit, he was a lot more friendly. First of all, their Jellycats are behind glass, and they didn't have a big selection. Part of shopping for Jellycats is getting to touch them. I realize this may result in mishandling of the product, but in all of our Jellycat hunts, I've never seen any store display them like this. Additionally, they only had Bartholomew and a couple of other items. Very limited selection. While we were browsing, my daughter found a doll baby stroller that she rolled over to me excitedly, and immediately the saleswoman chided her. I was caught off guard, and admittedly embarrassed because I couldn't believe my kid was getting "in trouble" at a toy store -- especially when she didn't do anything egregious. My daughter didn't run into anything, knock anything over. But I'm also not one to start trouble, so I sternly told my child to put the stroller back where she found it. Mind you, it was out on the floor. She didn't unfold it, take it out of a container. She just took the one that one the floor out for a spin, and was immediately barked at by the saleswoman. It's a toy store, for crying out loud. If you're not equipped to handle children, you're in the wrong business.
