I call Wednesday 3 days before my event, I know is last minute. The guy said he didn't have a sonic available, but he can rent out the costume. I was extremely happy , I had announced for my party that Sonic was going to be there. He told me on Friday he can meet me up by the Galleria to drop off the costume. On Thursday, something came up for Friday for me, so I texted him and was checking his meet up time on Friday, because I had to leave the Galleria area at 10:30am, and drive far from Houston. He tells me if we can meet at Plaza America at 11am, I explained to him my situation and just simply asked if the Galleria address I had provided him was far for him, he didn't respond back. Friday morning I just greet him and text him "GM" he sents me a big paragraph that he can't and that he has other important things to do,he doesn't deal with schedules and some other unprofessional stuff etc.. I tell him "Can i call you, is better to talk". Well he blocked me (lol) and I decided to call him on private and he answers the call. ( Definitely professional) I greet him and introduce myself and tell him is better to talk , because in messages it sounds rude. He's like " I am driving and I can't talk to you right now, I told him so are you able to meet me up? He said No, I am not going to rent it out to you, you changed the schedule, I tell him that I didn't change anything I simply asked a question, you didn't respond back at all, I told him I can meet him up at 11 am and he says no I am not in that area anymore note: he was the one who changed the exchange location. Well he hung up on me. I was never rude to this guy or treated him bad, it looks like the guy was having a rough day and took his anger on me. He needs better communication skills and learn to treat all customers the same way. Now I have a sad 4 year old who will be destroy on Saturday, because Sonic won't be attending to her party. *****I do not recommend this company, they are not reliable and not professional. She was also able to herd up the girls for the cake part- not an easy feat with 30 5 year olds running around. There's an incredible amount that is included in the package- even your child's own coronation ceremony! They worked tirelessly creating amazing balloon art and beautiful face paint designs. Out of balloons, Josh made Moses, anime characters, Disney princesses, and even replicas of individuals. He also made Beauty and the Beast enchanted rose, unicorns, swords, motorcycles, emojis... Pretty much anything you can think of, he can create! I asked for Cinderella and it turned out beautifully: Long blond hair, pretty face, shiny interlocking blue balloons for the gown. For the face paint, there were 2 pages of different artwork to choose from and included unicorn horn, animal print, butterflies, hearts & more. A couple people asked for flags / other items and Amanda was still able to deliver a fantastic finished product. For example, one person wanted the flag of Haiti painted on, which is not an easy flag to draw. Amanda looked at the photograph and drew it really well, then added some sparkles and glitter. When it was my turn, I chose one of the fancy eye designs: Roses and leaves, along with a bit of shimmer. Amanda did a lovely job. I loved the two toned colors that were used: Light pink + deeper reddish pink for the roses and forest green + pale green for the leaves. It looked absolutely gorgeous. After, everybody complimented me and admired Amanda's handiwork. All who received balloon art or face paint were completely satisfied and enjoyed the experience of receiving it. Joshua and Amanda are true professionals and so incredibly sweet, personable, giving and work hard at their craft.
