I'm extremely disappointed with our experience. My 3‑year‑old daughter waited in line for 45-50 minutes in the heat, excited to get her face painted. We were the 6th and last people in line, and the five kids ahead of us were much older (around 10-13 years old). After all that waiting, no one bothered to warn us they were stopping for the day. When we finally got closer to the front, the face paint lady was rude, dismissive, and simply said she was done after the five kids before us. Standing in the heat with a toddler for almost an hour just to be brushed off like that was unacceptable and unprofessional. I have to take the time to say that our kids had an amazinggggg time this weekend with party experts. Party experts offer reasonable prices and an excellent service. They communicate effectively and efficiently before and throughout the event. I was amazed to see how many great different face paint and balloon designs were made throughout the evening. The arrival of Peppa Pig was the icing on the cake, I was worried that our 3 year old would be scared, however Peppa Pig was very friendly, patient and great with the kiddos. Her assistant came prepared with Peppa themed games which made it even more fun for the children. Our guests definitely enjoyed their time at the party. Did a great job for my daughters first birthday! We had both Mickey and Minnie and all the kids really enjoyed them! I'm going to start with the positive: first of all, I got a a nice lady that did a great job with the face painting. She was very punctual. The negative is that I didn't get an hour of balloons all she did was face paintings. I didn't have so many kids but she could have given them a balloon. Second negative thing is that they are very strict on timing. So if you have a party make sure everyone is there to enjoy the face painting and balloons. They don't care if no one is there. She was there for two Hours (I paid for two hours 6:00pm-8:00) at 7:55pm she painted the last kid. read more

Kids Party Experts were a hit at my nieces birthday party on 9/4/16. The artist showed up on time and worked quickly. The kids loved their face paint and balloon animals. The kids were able to get multiple balloon animals in the 2 hour window. I even had to call last minute to push the start time back 30 minutes and they were able to accommodate. They were also very timely with responding to all e-mails. I would use them again in the future. read more
