I need someone that I knew would look for every possible way to get me a fair return but didn't want to pay more than TurboTax type prices. And honestly being able to talk to a real human being without a hiked price was a huge win. Since then he has provided great customer service and has been a major asset to the Weston & Tuttle family. Every time he has saved me money, got me a return, with little to no questions for me. I provide him with all documentation and he puts his head down and goes to work. THE VERDICT: Cannot be more pleased with the service rendered by Nate and highly recommend using him, not just if you live in the surrounding area but his knowledge of tax law and information expands throughout the entire United States. (and honestly maybe further but that is all the help I have ever needed). Go and get some chedda!

We dealt with an assistant this time. Response time via email, text, and phone was VERY slow. a few days before filing date, we still didn't hear back from them so we called, email, and texted (again). On the FILING DATE, We were told it would be DONE that day and we should get something to sign. NO WE DID NOT. No one returned our calls, emails, texts and it's almost 1 week later since filing date and still, no responses. so now I'm scrambling to do it myself and I will HAVE TO PAY PENALTIES. I hope everything is okay with David but we will not be going back.

His service was marginal at best taking 2-3 days to return messages if at all, not giving complete answers, etc. Since we have lived in Amador County for over 35 years, we decided to ask Anne to be our agent. What a difference. She asked me to make an appt. to see her. I thought, "Uh-oh, here comes the hard sell on needing more insurance." Well, no. Anne went through all our policies, homeowner's and vehicle, and told us we were overpaying for insurance. She made a few adjustments and has saved us approximately $1,100 a year. When I call or email, if I don't get an immediate response, I will soon after. Her staff is top notch and service is what her office is all about. I only wish we had switched agents sooner.
