EmbroidMe does custom items and clothes usually with logos, names or words selected by the customer. Their business isn't limited to embroidery, they do screen printing, pics on coffee cups and other things too. Some of it they contract out. My experience with this store has been excellent. Husband/wife team with an employee or two as well. Very personal service. Helpful and concerned about getting it right. Always happy with what they have done. Recently I recommended a friend to this place -she had something she wanted done on short notice before the holiday (probably one of their busiest times of year). At first they said they didn't thin they could do it, but when she mentioned she was referred by a friend, they "took another look" and offered to help her. She received the piece in time and was very happy as well. And I was glad that a place I had recommended did well for a friend. Great job! Needed to make lemonade out of lemons! I did not have enough fabric for the back of a quilt, so I needed to insert another piece. I came up with the bright idea of embroidering my grand-niece's name on the insert. Because of the average reviews for this store, I drove all over town for an alternative (with no joy) and then came here. Boy! What a great decision! They did a great job and did it (reasonably) quickly for a good price and by the promised date. Very, very happy! If I can figure out how to post a photo, I will. I plan to return with more quilts! This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told my embroidered ties would be complete by 9 AM and when I went into the store at 5:30 PM I found out they hadn't even started embroidering them. I am from out of town and drove an hour to get this product which I now had to wait another hour to take home. Once I was called back into the store to be given the completed ties I politely told them that I was disappointed in the level of service and should've been told that there was a delay prior to me arriving. Next thing you know, I'm being yelled at by one of the ladies telling me about her personal issues that she had the previous day preventing her from completing the embroidery. I couldn't get a word in edgewise and she just kept yelling at me, and basically told me that there was nothing she was going to do. A sincere apology would've been enough for me but instead she ruined my day and left a horrible taste in my mouth about her store. I will never go there again. read more
