Fullerton Insurance with Leslie at the helm is truly excellent! A few months before my yearly renewal, I am contacted by Les to schedule an appointment to review our coverage. She has been doing this every single year since I've been with her. She meets with me in person, year after year, and her company is the ONLY company that has ever done that on a yearly basis. At our appointment, she's thorough and wants to make sure that my coverage is what I want as well as suggesting insurance coverage for things that I haven't even thought about. She educates me and wants me to be aware and knowledgeable, but is never pushy. We think Fullerton Insurance is awesome! Our agent Lori has provided excellent service for years and years, but today she deserves to be awarded "Agent of the Year". In short, we recently lost our home insurance policy when our carrier sent a non-renewal policy due to two large claims (plumbing issues) over the past five years. We were concerned that we might not be able to find an alternative policy, but not only did Lori find us an alternative carrier -- she saved us money on both our home insurance and car insurance! Called in to get a quote, I was on the phone providing every detailed information to get a quote took over 35 min. I couldn't wait on the line anymore so i asked the representative who assisted me if she can email me the quote. I never got a call back or email. This location just lost me as a prospect. Since 1986, my family has been clients of Fullerton Insurance Service. They handle everything from cars to homes, to business to long term health care, and so much more for us. We have been pleased with the personal service as well as the professionalism we have experienced in the past. We refer them to family and friends as well as business associates. Our adult children, with families of their own, use FIS as their insurance company. In the past, I have received calls from them to remind me that my insurance was coming due (I would hate to have my insurance laps because of my own calendar mistake), and I get periodic reviews of my policies so that they can (and generally do) find a better bang for my insurance buck. I just want to say that I have been a fan of Fullerton Insurance Services for the last 10 years approximately and wow, what a fantastic team! When I originally signed up for coverage for my business, David Silverman was my agent, and I received nothing less then the best of care and I always felt well informed of all my options and what expect as far as cost. After several years David moved on and Leslie has been my agent ever since. Every time I speak to Leslie, I feel like I am actually going to save money! Yes.. I did say "save money". Leslie is always on the ball, I mean she will look high and low to find a way to keep the costs down and still provide me with adequate coverage, I don't know how she does it. Today I spoke with her and added a little more coverage for my work truck and tools, and the price is only going to cost me a few dollars more for a whole lot more coverage. I am very pleased, and I know that I will never go elsewhere for my business coverage. One more thing I want to say... Fullerton Insurance does not try to sell you on anything that you don't need, or if you already have good coverage with a reputable company and they can't beat the price, they will let you know. But in most cases, I have found that they can beat the price and you know you're getting rock solid coverage. Highly recommended team over there, you can't lose. I don't think I have ever come across such a professional and customer-service oriented team (in the professional services arena) such as Fullerton Insurance's ! Not only do they really go "all out" for you and shop for the best rates , they take their time to explain policies, coverage, laws, etc in a manner that you can understand. That's quite an undertaking considering the often complicated world of insurance. And they are FANTASTIC as far as follow-up. We were fortunate to have found them randomly, before the days of the internet, and we could not be more pleased. If you are shopping around for an agent, please do yourself a favor and give them a call them. You won't be disappointed. Not even worth 1 star after David Freselli left the company. He used to be our broker, and we've had very good experience with him. He was very helpful and attentive. But when he quit, our account was taken over by Fern Rodarte. It all went downhill from there. She's very lazy and not helpful at all. Me and my husband had just bought a car so we needed to get a quote right away, Fern, gave me the run around and told me she'd call me back with the rates, she never did. So my husband had to call the next day, he finds out Fern went on vacation without even sending us any quote, or even giving us a heads up of what's going on. So some other lady had to help my husband but he said the lady was very rude over the phone and sounded like he was bothering her and keeps trying to end the call and rush him. It was terrible!!!!! Good thing we found another good insurance so we don't have to deal with that company. David Fresselli was the only good employee they had and since he left, that place is crap!!!! read more

This office is not worth even 1 star! Flerida isn't very much of a representation at all!! I answered all the questions on the phone when I signed up and then went into the office to sign paperwork. I was asked the same questions again and wasted an hour in the office. Four months later, I was cancelled because of their own mistake. They overlooked some info on my original paperwork, and I am being cancelled because of THEIR OWN MISTAKE. And then, Flerida said I would have to pay $350 to reinstate policy. VERY NEGLIGENT AND LAZY PEOPLE!! If you're looking for Mercury Insurance, do not use this office. AWFUL! read more

The company I work for has used Fullerton Insurance for multiple policies. Their service far exceeds anything I have experienced in YEARS! They have had our work comp policy thru Travelers for 5+ year with no claims and no issues. Upon receiving notice from Travelers about a possible rate increase, we shopped and went with another carrier. Travelers sends an auditor for final audit and next thing we know, we receive a bill for over $20,000.00! No longer under their carriers, I contacted Leslie and Terry. They were well aware of the situation and working on the issues. They not only rectified the situation, but the refund we had originally anticipated is being sent as well. This team goes the extra mile. Service is their FIRST name and I would whole heartedly recommend Fullerton Insurance. They are knowledgeable, caring and diligent. You can't go wrong by asking for a quote. If you have an issue, you'll be thankful to have them on your side! If you just want great coverage - they can provide it too! read more
