His response time was immediate and after meeting with three or four electricians I knew they where the ones for the job. I am somewhat of a picky perfectionist so I was very pleased when his work was perfect. He had to install some electrical work on the exterior of the building and I was very pleased with how clean the work was. The price he gave us to install the electrical work was a very good price as I had several other estimates. I am a bit of a shopper, for quality work not necessarily price. We have been using the office now for quite a while now and the office is working perfectly. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue and getting our office up and running for us. My neighbors tree fell down and ripped my power cable from the house. SMUD would not turn my power on until the damaged parts were fixed. Alex came over within an hour to assess the damage (free of charge). Other electric companies wanted $350 just to come see what the problem was. He was able to get the permit started, bring the unit up to code, replace the broken parts, and got the inspection scheduled as soon as possible. Being without power for a couple days was not fun but Alex did an excellent job getting everything fixed as fast as possible in order to get the power back on.
