My father was recently diagnosed with full body cancer. A week later, they sent a MARKETING FLYER for funeral services. Too bad that he's still alive and is getting treatment. I called twice to speak to a manager and got nowhere. I find it extremely sad and disturbing that they prey on suffering families. Shame on you. read more

Go somewhere else. Having to sit through political mansplaining from David, was not the compassionate interaction I would expect from a funeral director. Can I leave 0 stars? Roger is terrible and is not fit to deal with grieving families. He is completely incompetent and I'm not sure why he thinks he's suited for this business. If he dealt with it in a business manner, that would be better than the complete lack of professionalism he exhibits. Telling stories of how other client's loved ones passed away in a joking manner is completely unprofessional and he should immediately re-evaluate his career choice. read more

When my father passed away, we called a cremation society that unfortunately was no longer in business. Their phone number automatically transferred us to Fuller Funeral Home, and we told them we were not interested. Oddly enough, an employee of Fuller showed up at the hospital to take my father's body. We told him we never had authorized their services, and felt this was extremely deceitful. Stay away from these vultures and be aware! I would give negative stars if possible. read more

Although I'm sure the service was beautifully done, and the food good, I am extremely dissatisfied with their personnel. I arrived at the funeral home late, due to responsibilities in my own life. I entered and was greeted by the funeral coordinator. Having known the deceased many years of my life as "Mama," I could not readily recall her given name. She was the mother of a dear friend and we treated her as our own. The coordinator handed me a funeral card in which I recognized the beautiful woman and said, yes, this is the service I'm here for. As I was signing the guest registry, he said that I was late for the service, but then in a snide tone, that I 'at least made it for the food.' I would expect a man who works with the grieving to have a little more empathy than he has sarcasm. Obviously he had no clue to shut his mouth and keep his opinions to himself. Hope that everyone thinks twice before doing business with this company. read more

We didn't have any problems with the cremation services provided for our mother. But, we did have Fuller purchase and place obituaries in two papers. Our mother was a teacher and grammar and spelling were very important to her. Two of her friends, also former teachers, offered to write the obituary and spent a couple of hours tailoring an obituary that would please my mom. We sent it to Fuller via email. I received an email from them asking me to approve the copy before it went to the papers. I was (obviously) stressed and being pulled in ten directions. I knew that my mom's friends would have never sent an obituary with errors. I looked at it on my phone-just to make sure it was the right obituary, not one that belonged to someone else. When the obituary was printed, we found Fuller had changed several sentences in my mother's obituary so it now contained grammatical errors. They changed the wording that my mom's friends had labored over. Not okay. This happened 18 months ago and it still makes me angry. Why in the world did they re-word well written words? read more
