From the onset, Catherine allayed all of our concerns from our very first meeting. We were uncertain and of course nervous, however she made us feel so much at ease, as a great deal of our stress was immediately reduced. She was able to co ordinate transporting our father from the east coast, and we were advised of any and all progress throughout. Close to the date of the service she had to step away, so therefore Michelle her manager stepped into her shoes to continue. Again, such excellent service, professional, courteous, kind, thoughtful, and wonderful mannerism from both ladies. On the day of the service, having not seen our father since we saw him in the hospital ICU we were a little apprehensive when we saw him in the casket, and oh my what a phenomenal job they did! He looked so much like he was asleep, and looked decades younger. We were well pleased as even family members and friends were commenting on how wonderful and peaceful Daddy looked. I still want to emphasize that each and every person we came in contact with (at Fuller Funeral Home on Pine Ridge in Naples), from the very first person who opened the front door, until we left there on Saturday 2/21/26 were all so kind, thoughtful, and experienced. I almost felt like it was their family member they were looking after. I want to also thank all the gentlemen who were in attendance at the service, and last but most definitely not the least we would like to thank all of the staff behind the scenes who we did not see or come in contact with, certainly an excellent job very well done! Thank you all so very much, may God continue to bless each and every one of you for the care you provided at our time of need!

We received the worst service from Jeffrey Tarvin when it came to making arrangements for my Mother…read moreafter her passing. No one notified us when the cremation would take place and when the cremains would be available for pick-up. I had to call no fewer than four times checking on the status for an answer. When I went to pick up my Mother's cremains they had put some of my Mother's cremains in a companion urn that I had purchased for my Father's cremains. I had been told I would be notified when the urn had arrived so I could bring his cremains in to be added to that urn. It's as though he wasn't even listening when we made our selections. I received no apology for this mix-up. Other items that we had arranged for including prayer cards and other personal items were not in the package when I came to pick up Mom's cremains. I had to circle back to remind them that I needed those. I still do not have Mom's cremains, no one is ever available to take my call! When asked for assistance with the obituary I was told that I could just do that myself. I have never received such horrible service especially at such a difficult time. I recommend that you go anywhere else!

My wife flew back that day and along with my parents who used to own/operate a funeral home for many years themselves went with to make final arrangements for her Veteran father. Everybody at Mullins could not have been more knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and professional. When I dropped off my father in laws clothing for his viewing they were insightful of everything we needed right down to his eyeglasses. When we had his final viewing, we again had exceptional compassionate care, service and privacy. They were very affordable and handled all the extra veteran needs to include draping an American Flag. During the viewing there was a severe thunderstorm and brief power outages, but everyone was in good hands. We aren't done yet. My father in law will be cremated and his ashes returned to us as soon as his physician signs off on the death certificate. We anticipate a smooth transition of my father in law and his ashes this next week. We would not hesitate to refer Mullins in family, friends and clients times of need. They were very respectful and deserve 10 stars.
