I have had to use them two times. The first was a head gasket job after the 6 week wait and repair time car ran horrible and had to replace o2 sensor, which should have been caught by technician since was symptom of head gasket failure. Second repair took 4 weeks and was a motor replacement after camshaft failure. Not only did they try to blame me but when I got the car back it had 4 loose house clamps, and one house had a hole in it. The car smoked so bad, was undriveable and rewired immediate repair. For the time and money I would recommend going else where. read more
