We tried contacting several spas and massage providers who either didn't have the availability or didn't respond back. Finally, I texted Metta on the number listed on their website and they responded within a few hours. We were able to schedule sessions for the time and day we wanted via text which was very convenient. My masseuse called out sick the day of so I was paired with Forest. My boyfriend was paired with Tav. Both providers were friendly and accomodating. My boyfriend LOVED his massage with Tav. He said he dozed off a few times and could see himself coming back every month - such a great sign for someone new to massage. I enjoyed my session with Forest as well and left feeling relaxed. A few things to note: they don't provide couples massages but instead do tandem massages. Meaning, you're in different rooms. This wasn't a dealbreaker for us but could be for others depending on your preference. They also still require masks here. We brought our own surgical masks but were asked to use their K95 masks they provided. This was a little uncomfortable during the service, especially while facing down, but I can understand the need if they have a lot of immunocompromised clients or staff members.

She was very informative and professional and her process and procedures because that was my first appointment with her. This is actually reminding me to go and schedule another appointment with her. Her suite is located in an office building but it doesn't take anything away from her services. Once in the room you already feel your stress floating away. I always laugh internally at this music because if it's so relaxing why don't people play it all the time. Anyway, personal preference I know . When I met Lateeku she was very professional and personal. She offered me a relaxing massage or a deep tissue massage. Since we have been doing a lot of spring cleaning my shoulders and back we're kind of sore. So, I asked for the deep tissue massage and........ WOW!!!!!! She was no joke. Lateeku is not very tall but she could probably bend metal with her hand strength. She worked every knot out of every muscle in my shoulders and back. It was remarkable. I came here because I haven't been able to move my neck in a few days & this location was convenient. The one hour full body was $65 & I tipped $15. She asked if I wanted it on the card & I said yes. She said "is $20 ok" three times & each time i said $15. That's annoying because it wasn't worth the tip that I did give her. I was going to tell her $0 if she kept pushing. She also didn't want me to write the price on the receipt after I signed which sometimes means that they're going to add a tip later. I'm just going to keep an eye out on my card for a bit cuz it was a little sus to me. Other than that the staff was nice. The reason I decided to go was because the man that answered the phone was nice. I wouldn't go back for a massage but I did like that they stretch you. A strange thing, she massaged my face & did this scratch & pull thing to my hair. Didn't love those two but the massage was just ok.
