My husband and I did not know what to expect as this was our first time to have our air ducts clean. They were very thorough, respectful, and went above and beyond to assure we were satisfied with the entire process. You will have to give these guys a call! At first we were hesitant because of cost but it is absolutely worth every penny! Thank you Bill, Mack, and crew!!! We will be referring you guys to all of our friends.

Kelvin was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and laying out options from good, better, and best. Ultimately, we selected something in the Lennox Elite line. I did a fair bit of research, and it seems the Lennox products are some of the most reliable and they pair their brand with good installers. Our install date was set for about a week out from when we selected our system. We also qualified for 12 months 0% financing which I appreciated. Amanda was very helpful on the phone to get us setup with our financing options--they have a bunch of different ones. Communication was great in advance of our install date, too; they called the day before to confirm. I also wanted to upgrade both of our thermostats because we had basic, non-programmable ones that worked off mercury. Our new setup is digital, programmable, and accessible over WiFi through an app on my phone. This was an important feature for me, and I'm appreciative we found a way to make it work. The crew showed up shortly after 8 a.m. and was finished by 11! It was all-hands-on-deck when we had four trucks here at once. The guys were all courteous and friendly. They did a thorough, neat job, and didn't cut any corners. They added things like float switches and access points to clean the drain lines. Our thermostats are neatly installed, and they took time to show me how to work them. All the old equipment was hauled away; they initially forgot a piece that had been set aside in our attic, but they came right back to take it away. Now it's only February, and it's only been a few hours, but the new system certainly looks nicer outside and was noticeably quieter during the testing time we had it running. I hope to squeeze a little more life out of our downstairs system, but I won't hesitate to call Oak Grove H&AC when it's time.

The lady who answered was great and said they had an opening pop up this morning! I kid you not, the technician was ringing our doorbell 10 minutes later. Turns out the overflow pan up in the attic had filled and the drain line was clogged. The technician was nice, answered every question and the invoice was extremely reasonable! These are some nice people and deserve all the business they can handle.

The dread of going through this was all a waste of time. He quoted me a fair deal, and was able to come on a day I asked him too. They arrived early and were finished by midday. I am amazed at the thorough, purpose minded approach to the job. They laid down floor coverings and Christina shop vacuumed during the course of the job to keep down the fiberglass and make the final walkout simple. Details matter and they made them a priority. Outside was just as professional. They have a couple of new K9 pals too. I could go on. Just make sure you check with Sunrise before you decide who is going to work on your home.

My family helped me pack in CO and KC Moving helped me unpack in Hattiesburg. These guys don't wear any company t-shirts. The first time they helped they were just a couple of teenage boys. However, they were very strong and moved quickly! From what I remember, they were done in an hour. The next time I used them, I went from one place in the Burg to another so they helped on both trips. Equally great experience. Very quick. The last time I used them I went from the Burg to Jackson. They helped me with this move, too! The only downside of this move is that they stopped on the road for lunch and didn't let me know they were going to do that so they were a bit late arriving into Jackson. Other than that, this place is high quality. They are quick, easy-going, and keep my furniture safe. Thanks, KC moving!
