A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. I had to reach out myself about 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. I've never had this type of experience before, which is why I felt confident recommending your services to my boyfriend. Communication goes a long way, and I hope this can be improved moving forward.

I canceled the service and wanted to switch it over to the new truck and told I can't do that so there's a year worth of wash gone so then I paid for my wife's car, she went in and paid so we're paying twice a month for the same car and I can't get nobody from the office to call me back if you're thinking about using them think about this when it comes time for you to pay. I don't want this to sound all bad. I did enjoy their services and would continue on, but I'm not giving money away for free and I think it's sad when they won't talk to the customer.
