This company seemed very detailed and sweet at first. Great reviews and nice pictures. I spoke with…read moreSophia the owner, who answered the phone at first but seemed like she wanted to just hang up and rushed the conversation when I need to clairfy some things. Takes long time to respond to messages. At first she says a certain price then makes it about 80-100 dollars higher due to windows (which should be part of the service) and at that point I asked if they do mold, mildew and water spots, degreasing and stuff she says yes. She told me she has availability for the date and time I want and even asked me details of how I will pay and basically set up an appointment with me. I then to double check emphasized about the stuff listed above and then she raises the price again to another 50-100 bucks because she says im asking for these detailed things. I am confused as these should be part of deep cleaning anyways like what she initially stated. When I ask her why the price keeps going up and up and maybe we can discuss a reasonable price in the middle she says suddenly we are not available to take this job no more. She is a coward and doesnt answer the phone and barley texts saying the same thing that they cant do this job no more without explaining the reason. Then after me asking her why again and again she finally says because she never set an appointment that she said she will see if someone is available. That is a blatant LIE she texted saying she CAN send people at the time/date. (see pic of text below) Transparency is not existent and professionalism is out the door. Sad that a company that looks great on the surface level becomes very horrible when you actually get into details with them. They should take PRO out if their name. Same like any noctoruous cleaning company. DO NOT do buisness with them.

Unlike some other companies who after receiving my phone number try to call me, Jenny was respectful of my preference to communicate via text. The two ladies (sorry I forgot your names), showed up on time, with everything they needed, were very pleasant and did an amazing job with great attention to detail. I do have one warning: they do such a great job you are going to want them to come back regularly. That's what happened to me. I originally thought I would just have them clean my house once as a treat, but after they did such an amazing job now I need to have them out here on a regular basis. Five stars all across the board don't hesitate to hire this Aquamarine to clean your house!

I'm so happy I went with Globus Cleaning.

They were responsive when scheduling and more or less transparent with their pricing. I believe…read morethey use some sort of call center or third party to schedule, though. I opted for their flat rate + add-ons for the oven and fridge since this was my first time using them and based on their suggestion. They did tack on an additional pet fee of $20 that was not in the initial quote, but was told to me before I agreed to the total. They also had a last minute delay. They were scheduled for 1:00 PM, called me at 12:17 PM to let me know they're running late and would not come until 3:00 PM, and then came at 2:30 PM. I was not offered any sort of compensation for the delay. The work itself was fine. There was a language barrier with the two cleaners, but they understood well enough what to do. My only real complaint is that they did not put many of our toiletries and fridge items where they were originally after cleaning. They finished in about 2 hours. Considering the hourly rate was $90/hr, I did request to only pay the $180 + tip instead of the $250 flat rate + $60 additional fees ($310 total), but was denied. I understand that was what was originally agreed upon, but the lack of leniency considering their delay as well as the minimal work done, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I do feel like I heavily overpaid for the service, and will not likely use them again.

From the first phone call with Ed, everything was professional, honest, and straightforward. He was friendly, easy to work with, and delivered exactly what he promised. My technician, Jhonny, was outstanding. He showed up right on time with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He had already carried all of his equipment upstairs himself, so there was no talk of setup fees or any expectation that I help. I didn't even have to go downstairs to meet him. He found parking, found his way up, and was ready to get to work. Once inside, he simply asked if he could use the sink to fill his buckets and got right to it. He took his time, worked on the tougher stains with specialized tools, and cleaned every cushion and pillow thoroughly. At no point did he try to upsell me, add unexpected charges, or rush through the job. He even refused to let me help empty the dirty water or assist him in any way. When he finished, the sectional looked dramatically brighter, cleaner, and smelled fresh. He carefully positioned all of the cushions so they could dry properly, thanked us for the business, and was on his way. It's rare to find a company that takes this much pride in its work while treating customers with honesty and respect. Huge thanks to Ed for making the booking process so easy and to Jhonny for doing such an incredible job. I'll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to anyone looking for upholstery cleaning.

If you're looking for a cheap rug cleaner, you truly get what you pay for. I sent in two rugs and…read moreone of them came back still dirty, matted down, and damp. There was truly no visual difference between when I sent it in and when I got it back. There was no attention to detail. The rug still had large pieces of dirt and hair as if they did not thoroughly vacuum it. The rug still feels grimy to the touch, which raises concern if they used any cleaner at all. I contacted them after my service asking for a partial refund. After over a month of back and forth and lousy communication on their end, I reluctantly agreed to their offer of a "redo service." However, THEY refused to pick it up due to a bad review that I left them (which is retaliation and entirely illegal in California). This is a skeezy company that doesn't deserve the business.

Natalia was very quick to respond and detailed, which I appreciated. Andrew was professional and pleasant and clearly explained that the stain might not be fully removable and that a slight shadow could remain, which I understood. Overall, I would highly recommend their services.
