Installed new shingles about 8 years ago. Their workers tore up my yard, when I specifically asked…read morethem not to drive in the yard. They left debris from the removal in our landscaping. They simply weren't careful while removing or installing. I know it's difficult to catch everything, but it seemed as if they didn't care about what we left behind. Then they didn't want to pay for fixing my yard. I withheld $600 to repair it myself. They manager got nasty about it all. In the beginning, they sought me out in this instance and I let them do the work. That is my fault. Then to top it all off, the roof looked awful from aesthetics standpoint. I talked to them foreman on the job too. He agreed, but I was eventually told it was on the side of the home no one would see!! Good news and why they deserve at least 1 star...there's no evidence of a leak. The storm that came through on May 7th ripped some shingles up. Evidence that the job simply wasn't quality work. PS...posting this now after the fact because shingles, if properly sealed would not have blown off after 8 years!!
