I came in on Christmas Eve to find a last minute gifts that was added to my already completed list, and they helped me out right away. Every other customer in the store was being helped and the employees were wrapping presents like Santa's elves and sending people on their merry ways. Found a cute Double D Ranchwear hat for myself that I will have to come back for, some great bath products and Christmas decor for presents. As far as the one previous bad review left, I observed everyone (a variety of customers) receiving great attention from a diverse staff, and treated courteously, some greeted by name. They were $40 which is what you would expect to pay for Reef...three hours into wearing the shoes, the cushion part started ripping and after 2 days it looks like I've had these beat up flippies for years! Technically I can't be mad at the store, but rather should be more mad at Reef. It is really, really frustrating though. Overall, though, they have a wide variety of (expensive) clothes, stuff for guys, girls, kids, home decor, lots of shoes, knick-knacks, jewelry and more. She was to call me back later that day. She never did. I called here around 3 p.m. to ensure that all was fine. They confirmed that there was no issue and that the wreath would be delivered right away. The wreath was never delivered. Someone dropped off some cheap plant with my name misspelled. I have been calling for days and they will not return my call. It is infuriating that a florist can be so rude, dishonest, and irresponsible. Additionally, when I posted a negative review on Facebook they had the post deleted. They only show good reviews on their page.
