During a…read morewellness check, I trusted the Dr. Joya to provide thorough care, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Dr. Joya appeared lacked the knowledge I would expect from a professional in this field. I did not see her properly examine my pet, and she missed clear signs of illness. I decided to get a second opinion at The Meadows Veterinary, and they immediately diagnosed a serious condition. Sadly, by then, it was too late. My poor baby had been suffering, and I now live with the pain of knowing earlier detection could have made a difference. I'm sharing this not out of anger, but in hopes that it prevents another pet owner from going through what I did. Our babies deserve attentive, competent care from the very start.

Grateful to have found Dr. Arnold and Raintree through friends. Highly recommende.

Copy of chart notes so I can submit a claim to insurance? Took 4 calls & having to lay it out as simple as I can "I need the notes that the Dr wrote after he saw my dog today. I do NOT need a receipt." Trying to get meds? Half the time I'm told they can't order that medication for me. The other half... they call in meds to a compounding pharmacy since my dog is small. BUT THEY DON'T HAVE IT COMPOUNDED?? I had to tell the same staff member 3 times that yes, i did, in fact want the medication compounded. And then I get a follow up text "just to confirm, you do want this to be compounded?" Last weekend was my breaking point. I took my dog in for a quick blood draw. I was there for an hour. They never drew blood. There were animals in and out. Both for tech appointments and to see the Dr. My dog sat in the back the entire time while I sat in the lobby. I asked several times if it was going to be much longer. After 45 minutes I did tell the manager to please just give me my dog. That took yet another 15 minutes to get my dog & pick up medication. I'm disappointed, because I felt like the vets gave my pets top notch care. But if I can't trust the rest of the staff and constantly deal with frustration anytime I contact them - I can't do it. I am waiting for my dogs records - which has yet again been a struggle.

There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for Countryside Veterinary Hospital…read moreand the incredible team there. My dog, JoJo, has been through more health challenges than I ever imagined--from pancreatitis and gastroenteritis to a CCL tear, iliopsoas degeneration, recurrent UTIs, and incontinence. Through every diagnosis, every setback, and every difficult decision, Dr. Latell and the entire team have been there for us with exceptional medical care, compassion, and patience. While Dr. Latell has primarily overseen JoJo's care, I have had wonderful experiences with every veterinarian at the practice. It's clear that everyone genuinely cares--not just about their patients, but about the people who love them. As an anxious pet owner, I've never felt dismissed or rushed. They always take the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I feel comfortable with every decision. The greatest compliment I can give them is this: I trust them enough to perform JoJo's upcoming surgery. Handing over your best friend for surgery is one of the hardest things a pet owner can do, and I have complete confidence that she is in the best hands possible. Countryside has cared for both JoJo and me during some of the most stressful moments of our lives. They have treated us with kindness, empathy, and genuine dedication every step of the way. Thank you, Dr. Latell, and thank you to everyone at Countryside Veterinary Hospital. You have made an incredibly difficult journey so much easier, and I will always be grateful for the care you've given my best friend. I wouldn't trust JoJo with anyone else.

My dog Hades, a 13 pound Yorkiepoo, was attacked by a large dog while on a walk. I called and the staff got us in for an appt immediately. Their compassion and care was top notch! Thankfully Hades will be fine but he did need wound cleaning, x-rays, and tubes in the wounds to ensure proper healing (the punctures were a lot deeper than it appeared on the surface which can be extremely dangerous). Dr. Latelle and Ani were both amazing, they explained all the options, risks, and benefits of each procedure so I felt I could make an informed decision. Hades has a preexisting issue with seizures so every procedure was weighed carefully against the potential risks, we thoroughly evaluated them all and Dr. Latelle consulted with her colleagues for the best outcome. I did not feel pressured or rushed and asked lots (probably too many) questions. I believe they treated Hades as one of their own, carefully monitoring and loving on him the entire time he was there. If you are looking for an excellent veterinarian team give them a try, you won't be disappointed. On a side note they were completely upfront with the cost and it was exactly what they quoted and worth every penny.
