As a first-time client, I had some special requests, like keeping my dog's body for a few days while I finalized ideas for memorabilia. They honored my wishes with such grace and compassion. When I needed an urn, they went above and beyond, showing me their inventory so I could select the perfect one, as each wood option was uniquely cut and meaningful. Their attention to detail and genuine care for my situation made such a difference. I have been bringing all of my pets to the Milliken Animal Clinic for over 10 years. Called today…read morebecause my dog is wheezing and coughing. It's been going on for a couple days and I'd been giving her Benadryl thinking she may have had an allergic reaction to something. After a couple days with Benadryl not working I think her throat might have been injured. So I called to make an appointment. Was informed that they are booked out for several weeks, never even gave me an option for an appointment in the future, and told me to find another veterinarian clinic that might see me sooner. I don't mind waiting a week or two but to be flat out told to find another vet because they have no appointments in the foreseeable future seems incredibly poor business practice. If they have too many clients maybe they should stop accepting new ones until they can accommodate the clients they've had. I will find another vet for my two dogs, just incredibly shocked by the response. Very poor front desk service.
