I was referred to this school by the women I was already seeing for my services that had gone to…read morethe School of Botanical & Medical Aesthetics themselves and spoke so highly of it. It is the most affordable and yet also the most extensive training you can get. AND it is super convenient with options for full-time, part-time, evenings or weekends AND they have their own full service clinic so you can knock out your training hours. I did the immersion program and then leisurely did my clinic hours and exams and was still licensed in less than a year! On top of that, the locations are central in Denver, the staff is incredible, and you can get trainings in additional modalities to make you marketable for your career. I was offered jobs before I was even done! THIS ONE. THIS is the school for you!

This has been one of the best experiences!…read more I am a student from Hawaii and choose to study at DIMS because of their thoughtful curriculum, the flexible scheduling and the overall price. I join weekly to the online classes and spend the weeks studying the content provided to us in each lesson. I fly into Denver and stay with family to learn in person and acquire my hours for clinic. Believe it or not, it was a much better option than most of the schools I looked at in Hawaii! The teachers are all lovely- each has a unique skill set and takes the time to answer any questions or demonstrate any techniques! I love how the clinic hours are structured- each day I leave feeling inspired to step into my profession as a massage therapist. Highly recommend this program to anyone considering!

The classes, the material and ultimately the phenomenal instructors make it a one-of-a-kind program. It is thorough and unique in terms of MBLEx preparation; CSHA ranks high in nationwide pass rates. The career prep and educational aspect of CSHA is exceptional, though it's the overall atmosphere which is unparalleled. The support students receive is all encompassing, there is such an air of acceptance and a sense the faculty is truly invested in each students success. There is always someone available to aid in all challenges, not just educational. It is much more than just a massage therapy education, there's opportunity for a lot of personal growth. The continuing ed available is also invaluable. Thank you CSHA!

Worst thing to hear getting a massage: "Don't be too alarmed but, the muscles lining your spine are…read moreREALLY messed up." I guess that's what I get for never going in while continuing to endure the tantamount stresses that I do in life. I was a little skeptical about paying only $28 for a full therapeutic massage* at a student clinic...but it was fabulous. For my first time getting a (semi) professional massage, I was melting with relaxation by the end of the hour. My therapist Darci was really fun to talk to and she was very gentle with my poor, abused and stressed out muscles. I would highly recommend this place if you're not looking to pay too much but want some muscle lovin'. Students at the clinic have already undergone more than 500+ hours of training and most are about to graduate, so you're not putting your dear self into the hands of a potential disaster. The student clinic books appointments through 8pm, which is also a plus. Downside being the types of massages offered will vary by term and the school is closed in-between terms, so this isn't the greatest place to rely on for scheduled massages. They do, however, have a professional clinic (alongside the student clinic), with more options and more services. But it's not much different from a professional salon price-wise. *you can choose between Swedish and deep-tissue

I was so impressed at the amount of personal attention Veronica dedicated to my daughter to help her through this program - I guarantee that would not have happened elsewhere. My daughter went into the program with a low learning self-esteem and ended up with an A- average! This was a direct result of Veronica caring about her students success as individuals. Veronica is a veteran in the industry and has a personal relationship with the state board, so understands exactly what it is needed to move a student through to their profession. The school itself is clean and looks just like a salon! I'm not sure where the person below go that it is in a rough neighborhood, because it is not at all. It is located on a busy street, however parking is directly in front of the front door and every time I have either been to the school or driven by I have never once seen homeless or shady-looking people. Make this your choice and you will not be disappointed!
