They started off with a 1-2 minute scalp massage and then got to work on my legs and feet. It was amazingly relaxing, to the point where I almost drifted off. The cost was great - $39 for 40 minutes and, as always, paying cash saves you from the card fee. I might need to re-add this spot into my weekly self-care rotation. I wish they offered a standalone or add-on options for scalp massage because I would absolutely pay an extra $5 or $10 for a more substantive scalp rub along with my foot massage. We are fairly new to the area so we do not know which establishments are reputable. I used Group on to look up massage facilities, then checked the reviews through Group on and again with Yelp. Natural Therapeutic was at the top of the list. I purchased a Groupon for my husband and I, for 60 Min massage with Cupping. When I called in to make an appointment for the both of us, they only had one masseuse that performed the cupping so I let my husband have that appointment, and they let me do the hot bamboo instead of cupping. We arrived to our appointment and filled out the necessary paperwork, and were pretty much good to go. I wish I remembered the names of our masseuses but my husband had the male masseuse that does the cupping & a nice lady masseuse. Everything was lovely and wonderful for myself, and my husband was very happy when I saw him when were done. My husband has never had a male masseuse, I was wondering if it would be awkward but he said it wasn't and that is was amazing. He was strong and knew what muscles to work, and my husband said it was the best massage he has every had.
