My only complaint would be that they tend to lean toward higher end models. I particularly liked the honesty of telling me not to waste money repairing my old bike rather than taking my money, even when it was obvious I wouldn't be buying a new bike from them.

I recently took the frame back with a fault only to be told that I had paid for the remaining 2 months of the old warranty, which is not what I was told at the time. Who would pay for 2 months warranty. The bike they built for me took over three weeks to complete and when I took it home it wasnt good enough to ride. I would never buy a bike from here beware!!!!

This is a bike repair shop... anyway, the place looks to be a fine local repair shop but don't go there to rent a bike because those don't get repaired and the guy pops off at noon and never answers the phone.

They also have exquisite type of beers. My Belgian boyfriend, who is a beer expert, actually had one that he's never seen before. Malteni beer is worth trying! We finished the night with an amazing apple cake. It closes at 8pm, so you can still make it to the York Ghost tour!
