No tip is automatically added so these make for a budget friendly option as far as Santiago dining goes. The boss was right and we loved our sake. We went with the prime omakase which was an incredible selection. The two salmon belly varieties had fresh truffle on top and several of the pieces had a tiny grilled foie gras on top. Really decadent. But most importantly all of the sushi and sashimi was fresh and delicious. For dessert we shared the pistachio lava cake with vanilla gelato. Neither of us are big chocolate people so we were so happy to get a lava cake that was pistachio - so yummy! I hope this is a trend that catches on everywhere.
