Went in today to get chili cheese nachos.and they had to pull both machines apart, and both had clogged systems D2 almost empty bags, and clogged systems. As I stood there, the guy just kinda looked at me like he expected me to pay for the tray of empty chips. At that point I just went ahead and told him that I was not going to pay, I had to toppings and I was not going to pay for their chips. Took a long time for the store to become what it was supposed to be and most the time they don't have what they're supposed to.

Price: If you ask me, this place is a bit on the expensive side. I forgot to ask breakfast, so I went to buy a honey bun for breakfast, and paid $1.99 +tax. 2 Bucks for a small honey bun!!! I bought it but that will be the last time I do something that dumb. Customer Service: So far after coming here (and checking-in via the app) 2 times, the customer service is decent and I have had no issue what so ever at this place.

Prices here tend to be cheaper by a 10-20 cents a gallon. There is a well stocked convenience store with plenty of parking as well. Staff is always friendly, I only walk in to buy lotto tickets though. lol Next door there is a taco spot, Chinese food, donut shop & burger joint.

You get gas, you press the "yes" button for a receipt and then it tells you that a receipt is available inside. What a pain in the a** when the technology can't be serviced properly in order to meet a minimal standard of service to customers. So, you go inside, wait in line while someone in front of you buys a pack of cigarettes, or some candy or beer or whatever, and then when you FINALLY ask for and get your receipt, on 2 different lines it says "** REPRINT *** REPRINT *** REPRINT ***", which is a LIE because the first receipt didn't print. Clearly, the technology "knows" the receipt didn't print at the pump (because it directs you to go inside), but the technology in the office obviously doesn't get the message! Clearly, United Oil doesn't CARE about CUSTOMER SERVICE as much as they care about making their own lives wealthier. I'm sure that making people go into their store for a receipt is also more profitable, since the likelihood of making a non-gasoline purchase goes up for the average person while they wait in line... Fair disclosure: I really HATE buying gas already, since I know that for each gallon of it my car burns, there will be 20 pounds of carbon dioxide that will be dumped into our atmosphere, which we REALLY need to stop doing. Telling "little white lies" in plain sight just makes it worse.
