I was thoroughly disappointed with the Mother's Day arrangement that went to my mother in law. We always order a nicer, more expensive bouquet for her. This bouquet was horrible. What really clinched the disappointment was not being able to find an email for them to send a photo of the shabby bouquet they delivered. It goes without saying of course that they've list a customer.

This, it turned out,was a "service fee." There was no mention of this at any time during the transaction. To add insult to (financial) injury, this came up on the website when I went back to check it out: "Some companies simply conceal their service fee into to the cost of the flowers in addition to charging a delivery fee. We prefer to keep it separate so that you know exactly what you are paying for." What nonsense! Avas chose to conceal their service fee until the final invoice!

Keep in mind, this was the Saturday before Mother's Day. I was amazed that they could fulfill the order on such a busy day but they did! The arrangement was beautiful (see pic).
