I am a repeat customer with The Enchanted Florist. I have made an effort to deal directly with local florists rather than ftd or 800# as they make more $ through direct sales. I was thoroughly disappointed with the Mother's Day arrangement that went to my mother in law. We always order a nicer, more expensive bouquet for her. This bouquet was horrible. What really clinched the disappointment was not being able to find an email for them to send a photo of the shabby bouquet they delivered. This really does not have so much to do with the shop as the corporate company they keep, Avas Flowers. I ordered a bouquet only to find a withdrawal 50% over what I was expecting to see. This, it turned out,was a "service fee." There was no mention of this at any time during the transaction. To add insult to (financial) injury, this came up on the website when I went back to check it out: "Some companies simply conceal their service fee into to the cost of the flowers in addition to charging a delivery fee. We prefer to keep it separate so that you know exactly what you are paying for." What nonsense! Avas chose to conceal their service fee until the final invoice! read more

I needed a same day delivery and the national services couldn't get it done. I found The Enchanted Florist and ordered an arrangement online. It was delivered early afternoon and was as advertised with fresh flowers. The recipient liked it so much they took it with them in a plane to have them at home. Thank you! read more

This is a small, local florist which offers great, personalized service. I've been ordering flowers here for nearly 20 years (both old and new locations) and have never been disappointed. On occasion, I have gone in and placed an order and they have had it ready to pick up within an hour. Given the size of the shop, the variety is excellent and the flowers are always beautiful and long-lasting. Don't listen to the Yelp whiners who bad-mouth this establishment. read more

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day and the flowers didn't arrive on the day I requested. When I called to find out what had happened the staff person I talked to was unapologetic, short and acted as if I was bothering her. I was polite and respectful and just wanted to find out what had happened. The problem was one that was easily resolved but the lack of good customer service has ensured that I won't be bothering them with my patronage again. I work in a customer service based industry and the basis of good customer service is to make sure the customer is happy not to treat them as if they are a nuisance. read more

I ordered a money tree. The tree ordered is pretty cool but the planting is nothing like how it is pictured. It was supposed to come in a square container accented with rocks and moss. It came in a cheap 50c pot with a tasteless yellow bow. Call and double check before you order despite an "as shown" description right on the page. read more
