You don't need to know the address of Fuchs in Zermatt, as there are several on main drags all over the center of town and you can walk from one to the next within five minutes or so. The best thing about Fuchs is their miniature soft salted pretzels (2.20 Euro a piece), which can easily be tucked into an outer layer to accompany some cheese and sausage to provide a carbo-licious quich lunch on the slopes. i also had the black forest cake (they offered the last two slices for the price of one as they were closing for the evening) and found this to be just sort of average. These shops, like nearly every other in town, also offer edible chocolate miniature versions of the Matterhorn. read more
