My husband and I are really impressed with Tim Kemper's work! He was quite conscientious, hard- working, respectful of our property, and generally went above and beyond a "simple" outdoor paint job. We have tall eaves (the builder seemed fond of the mountain chalet design) and loads of irregular-shaped windows, so a challenge from the start. In heat over 100 degrees, he battled house-climbing vines and overgrown shrubs (that he trimmed back), loads of dirt dauber nests and spider webs, pounds of pine needles on the eaves (that he removed and carted away), and even a never-emptying nest of aggressive red wasps in the outdoor light soffit (he used soapy water to dispatch them rather than toxic pesticides). He removed all the external hardware so he could paint, then cleaned it all before he replaced them. The paint job itself looks terrific. And he is a nice guy to boot!

They got paint on my greatgrandfathers rocking chair and broke one of gifts that my mom gave me Christmas before last. I didnt say anything to the owners but i everytime i thought about it i would get sick to my stomach. I asked the painters when they big pieces of furniture to please use sliders. I even offered for them to use mine. They said they had it covered. I came back and there is a long scratch on my hardwood floors. I was sick. I told them about it. They didnt even say i am sorry. . The next day i am washing windows and they have over spray on my brand new windows. I could have painted the house better myself. If you choose this company they will make a mess of things for sure

No stars!!! After…read moregiving multiple opportunities for this to be resolved, I feel it's only fair to share our experience. People deserve to know what they're getting into. The roofing crew did a great job. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves, and the roof looks great. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a complete nightmare. We were told the fascia and soffit would be completed last week. No one showed. Then we were told Monday. Again, no one showed. We received little to no communication, and the contractor has ignored our calls and messages. To make matters worse, our stucco contractor showed up ready to work yesterday and was told by the soffit installer to leave because he would be "in the way." So now we've lost another contractor day and fallen even further behind. Today, after days of silence, we were told the wrong materials were ordered. This isn't just an inconvenience. Every delay costs us money. It has disrupted our construction schedule, delayed other contractors, and put our insulation and other materials at risk if they're exposed to the weather. A good roof doesn't make up for poor communication, missed commitments, and a complete lack of coordination after the job. If you choose this company, don't just judge them by the quality of the roof--judge them by how they treat you once they've got your business. The roof may keep the rain out, but the lack of communication left us out in the storm. Make it right Ramos!!

They clipped the line to a street light which they will not own up to and when the electrical company came out to fix it they knocked two of the poles out of the concrete. We agreed to pay for the repair even though it was under warranty still and not our fault. Since the first week of April (4 months!) it has been every excuse and lie possible.
